Step inside and be welcomed by the first living area, located near the entrance, featuring a three-person couch, an additional chair with a footrest, and a 50-inch TV, making it an ideal space to unwind in front of the fireplace. Adjacent to this area is a dining table with seating for six, perfect for enjoying meals together.



A second living area is located on the left side of the house, leading to the primary bedroom. This additional sitting space provides another spot to relax, read, or engage in conversation.

Each bedroom is designed for maximum comfort and relaxation, with darkening shades to ensure a restful night's sleep.



Primary Bedroom: A luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a 50-inch Roku TCL TV, a cozy sitting chair, and a ceiling fan. The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub, separate walk-in shower, his and her sinks. A private door leads directly to the courtyard for added relaxation.

Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.

Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.



Mail Delivery: Our home does have a mailbox located at the front of the house. Guests are permitted to receive packages from services like Amazon, Walmart, and the like. However, we request that guests do not add their names to the USPS directory for regular and routine mail. We are not responsible for package delivery or any issues with late packages arriving after your departure.



HVAC Information:

The property is equipped with a newly installed HVAC system that includes Central Air conditioning. This ensures a comfortable stay, regardless of the season.

Restricted Areas:

Please note that there are no specific restrictions regarding the use of the HVAC system in any areas of the home. However, we kindly ask you to use the system responsibly, keeping energy conservation in mind.

The cooling systems are designed to cool the home up to 20 degrees lower than the outside temperature. All HVAC systems have limitations, and we want to communicate that the system can only go so low. Please keep this in mind when adjusting the thermostat.

• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.

• Unreturned and/or lost house keys will result in a $100.00 fee to replace it.

• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.

• NOTE: Your safety matters. There may be a Ring doorbell security camera, exterior cameras, and a Noise-Aware antiparty device or similar devices at the home. Water Rules: - Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard.



- Gatherings are not allowed. PLEASE RESPECT OUR HOME AND NEIGHBORS. Any reports to the police will not be tolerated. If the police are contacted, we too are contacted.     Amazing place to stay! Neighborhood felt safe. Close to lots of convenient things like shopping and food. Beds were comfortable. Also, we had to book last minute right before new years and everyone was available to get us into the house even though it was a holiday.
