Front and back balconies to soak in ocean breezes and the peaceful coastal ambiance



This property has special local compliance requirements, which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.



You must be 25 years of age to book this Stay. The person who books the stay must be staying in the Home/Condo as well.

Unlike a hotel, we have limited linens and towels for our guests and must wash them between each stay off-site. We have provided laundry detergent for your convenience.



**We do not provide a daily linen service.**



We provide a starter pack of amenities to our guests as follows, you may need to purchase more of these items during your stay:
