Guests staying in the primary bedroom will enjoy a king bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and sliding glass doors that open to the courtyard. Two additional bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the other with a queen bed share a bathroom off the hallway.
The 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom casita has an interior finished in soothing shades of blue and gray. A combined bedroom and living space open to the courtyard with sliding glass doors. Mirrored closet doors reflect mountain and courtyard views. A cozy gray sofa sits at the foot of the queen bed and overlooks a flat-screen TV & desk with chair. Guests will enjoy resort-like amenities in a beautiful & private courtyard. A gas fireplace surrounded by adirondack chairs is a wonderful place to gather and reconnect on star-filled nights. Chaise loungers face a long pool with a spa that can be heated on chilly evenings. At the opposite end of the pool, a canopied daybed and a built-in gas grill with a bar complete this entertainers space. Curl up on the daybed with a cocktail in hand and watch as the mountains reflect the golden colors of the fading sun.

**Please note that OUTDOOR MUSIC IS PROHIBITED PER PALM SPRING CITY ORDINANCE. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
* There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cost $149/night.
* The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
