The space
This private home has been restored by me, the host, with love of, and understanding of the Palm Springs lifestyle. The house is meant for everyone,but especially for those who appreciate a beautiful experience, surrounded by unique and original art and furnishings. Enjoy the house as if it were yours.

Nestled in the heart of Palm Springs, this spacious house boasts six bedrooms and six baths, making it ideal for everyone. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, luxurious linens, and stylish decor, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms are elegantly designed and equipped with all the essentials, providing convenience and comfort during your stay.

One of the highlights of this property is the inviting private yard, complete with a large pool. Imagine spending your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and cooling off with refreshing dips in the crystal-clear water. The pool area is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, perfect for basking in the sun or enjoying a poolside barbecue with your loved ones. The lush landscaping adds to the overall tranquility of the space, creating a serene oasis where you can relax and unwind.

Inside, you'll discover a tastefully decorated living area that seamlessly blends midcentury modern style with modern amenities. The living room features sleek furniture, clean lines, and large windows that fill the space with natural light. It's the perfect spot to gather with your guests, watch a movie on the flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the fireplace during cooler evenings. Adjacent to the living area, there is a spacious dining room with a beautiful table where you can enjoy meals together or engage in lively conversations.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or simply looking to whip up a quick breakfast, you'll find all the necessary appliances and utensils at your disposal. Additionally, high-speed internet is available throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected and share your memorable moments with friends and family.


ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1) No more than 6 cars allowed for parking
2) Maximum number of Overnight guests permitted: 12 (total). guests over 10 pay 100 per night each.
3) Noise Ordinance strictly adhered to: per City regulations: No music may be played/heard outside the house itself.

4) Pets/Dog(s) must be pre-approved. (there is an extra fee for pets)

5) House is not child proof; the pool is not separated from the house. Please plan accordingly.

6) Any commercial photography or filming requires pre-approval and additional fees.

7) POOL Heating is available at an extra charge of 100 dollars per day.

Casa Del Sol is a smart home, you can let yourself in with the codes provided to you on the date of your check in.

You will have full access to the property.

Pool heat is available at an extra cost of 100 dollars per day. Pool heat is recommended between October and May. Please inquire about your temperature needs.

Pets: We are pet lovers and welcome you furry friends for an additional fee of $100 per stay per pet (Max 2 pets per stay) and some additional security deposit.
