Casa dei Sogni-Brand New 5200 sq ft-3 level home

We stay here as often as we can when availability aligns with our travel. It is a SPECTACULAR home! SPECTACULAR in every way - location, cleanliness, organized, high end everything, all you could want to be a gourmet cook, plenty of great supplies, great bedding/linens/towels, etc. We tend to stay in 5 star hotels and resorts but not in LA/SM as this house cannot be beat. And the owners/hosts are just so accommodating and caring. I have not a single recommendation for improvement. If only all rentals met his high standard.

We stayed at this house for nearly two weeks around New Years 2024. The home is beautiful, spotless, full of amenities, very big, high quality and comfortable. The Hosts are beyond great. Always available, flexible, easy going and always have their guests' satisfaction in mind. They bent over backwards for us. We can't say enough about our wonderful experience. We generally stay at 5 star luxury hotels when we travel - never again in Santa Monica - we will be back to this house over and over again!

We came back to visit the neighborhood we used to live in and enjoyed this house so much! It was so clean, so easy, and so welcoming - a gem on all fronts.

My extended trip to LA for work was all the more enjoyable with our stay at this spectacular home. Well appointed, centrally located and gave me all the comforts of my own home. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

The home is incredibly beautiful and luxurious, and the hosts, Ron & Amanda, were amazing. All the furnishings were super comfortable, the beds and bedding were amazing, the toiletries were so nice. The home is very quiet and was turned over to us impeccably clean. The home is set up for maximum comfort and the hosts really take their job seriously. It’s a recently built new home and the finishes are exquisite. Everything was top of the line and the whole experience was five star. If you have a chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

It was a wonderful stay! It's a brand-new house with the latest kitchen appliances, beautiful finishes, perfect AC sytem in one of the best locations of Santa Monica. We enjoyed walking to the park which is very close to the house (2min walk maybe?). People come from other neighborhoods to go there because there's a beautiful playground. It's also very clean. Overall, we enjoyed being able to walk to buy groceries or go to the restaurant. It's such a treat in LA. We will stay again at this house for our next time in the city! Thank you Amanda and Ron. They were both so kind and helpful.

Truly an exceptional stay. Casa dei Sogni is a stunning dream home true to its name. It’s very bright and airy but with a warm homey feel even for its grand size. For the size of our family, this was way more space than we needed. In fact we found ourselves texting each other to find where everybody was in the house. The home has everything you could need and is beautifully furnished. Stunning chandeliers and beautiful wall art invite you in. All beds were comfortable and the home is sparkling clean. On the lower level of this three level home is a large media center with bar, a six bed bunk room and a gym. Our kids spent most of their time watching the huge tv on the lower level or bouncing on the trampoline in the back yard. High compound walls, beautifully landscaped create a private area outside for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or a cozy place to congregate for a glass of wine by the outdoor fireplace. We loved our stay, highly recommend the warmth of this home and hope to return one day.
