We had a great Thanksgiving weekend family gathering in Casa Dean. Lots of space to be together or spread apart as needed. They were on top of snow removal during a significant weather event. Matt was great about checking in on us. We hope to stay again!

House was great and host was very responsive!

Multiple rooms set ups with 3 bathrooms made this great for our family to stay.

The house was beautiful inside and out! We had a birthday party out on the patio and the kitchen was perfect for the event! The house had plenty of room for all our extended family.

House was great for our group of 8! Lots of space and never felt crowded. Great outdoor area for yard games. Would stay again!

Host was excellent! Everything was very clean. I just assumed from pics online that it was located out of town but we didn’t have any issues. The chicken smell outside wasn’t great Other than that it was perfect.. beds/pillows were comfy. Shower pressure was excellent

Perfect location and enough space for everyone.

Check in was super easy. House is beautiful, very historic. If you come in the heat of summer the upstairs air conditioning is not the best. Keep all the drapes closed and fans running. Could use some ceiling fans to help move air. Otherwise it was very convenient to get to the state fair grounds.

This house is amazing for a larger group! Plenty of space to lounge & sleep without feeling over-crowded. Nice big kitchen and fridge with freezer to make our own meals. The bbq grill & outside patio with fire pit was perfect at night. Plenty of towels for showering, and appreciated the soap for sinks; many vrbos do not provide that. Matt was very responsive & made sure we had everything we needed! We did not utilize the game room in the garage, but hope to be back some day so we can! Definitely recommend this place!

The home has lots of good living and sleeping space.

Our group of 16 had a great stay at this spacious home. The comfortable bedrooms were easily shared, and though the house was warm during the day, it was comfortable at night. The kitchen was adequately equipped, but could benefit from additional basic items like pots, pans, and measuring cups.

Beautiful house and roomy for all of us. We had a group of 16 and did not feel overwhelmed or crowded at all. Perfect location to the fairgrounds and restaurants. Big, roomy driveway for parking cars and trucks/trailers. Only downfall, was the upstairs was warm, but the owner fixed the situation quickly. Great communication! Would love to use this property again in the future!

There were 4 of us and we were attending a comedian performance. The location was great and we enjoyed the outdoor patio. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean and close to Wells Fargo! Great place to stay with plenty of beds

The property was more the great for our stay in Des Moines! The house is HUGE! very clean well maintained. Plenty of space for us all to spread out. We really appreciated having coffee there for us. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them too! The outside space was great as well. And there was ample parking off the street. We will definitely return for our next family get together in Des Moines. Thank you to the host for being a great communicator as well.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Loved that everyone had their own bed, there were plenty of bathrooms, lots of space in the dining and living rooms, and huge kitchen. Would definitely come back!

This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family! Everyone had their own room and space to move around. All bathrooms were located perfectly and each one had a shower! Talk about conveniently located, so close to the Well for wrestling!! I hope to be able to get it again next year! It would be perfect for the state fair as well. Thank you for everything!
