With world-class luxuries throughout, this private home is the perfect place for your large family or group to come together and escape in Winter Park.

Walk into your dream vacation home on the main level through a large, heated two car garage and drop your gear in the perfectlyplaced mud room that has storage for all your toys and snow stuff. The gourmet kitchen on this level features Wolf appliances throughout, and access to the stunning, heated main level deck that is the perfect place to have dinner al fresco under the starry night skies of Winter Park. The open dining room hosts a table for 14, plus four at the modern breakfast bar, so everyone can come together at meal time. Head into the living room from the dining room to recap the fun adventures of your day, and warm up by the gas fire or catch your favorite show on the large 4K Smart TV. Finally, when you're ready to retreat, head to the main level King suite with private, heated deck access, plush hotel-style linens, gas fireplace, and the ensuite bathroom dreams are made of with a separate shower & tub, dual vanities, walk-in closet & more.

Take the in-home elevator (or stairs) down to the mid-level which hosts four King suites which provide the perfect escapes for the couples in your group. Each King suite boasts hotel-style linens, gorgeous window views, ensuite bathrooms, 4K Smart TVs, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans for warm summer days. This level also boasts a wrap around deck with heaters, private seating & a gas fire pit. Head down to the lower level and you'll find additional bedrooms including two identical bunk rooms with three sets of Twin bunks in each. One bunk room shares a full bathroom with the lounge area and the second bunk room has its own private bathroom.

Finally, the showcase piece on the lower level is the oversized media/game room with a wet bar, kitchenette, and private glass encased wine room (not for guest use). This second living area features video games (Mrs. Pac Man!), pool table, board games & books, full size bar with seating for six, huge 4K Smart TV with streaming services, and private patio access. The heated patio hosts the private, bubbling hot tub, wooden rocking chairs, a gas fire pit and ski in / ski out access to the Corridor Trail.

    My family and friends stayed for a king weekend at Casa Montana in Winter Park. The house was immaculate. Photos do not do it justice. The communication was immediate and any questions we had were addressed Lightning fast. The family's rating is “Best Vacation yet”.

    We had a large family gathering at this home and everything was perfect. It's a spacious home located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Village and nearby attractions. The home itself has plenty to entertain and is large enough for 'alone time' even with a large group.

    The house is great. Well stocked with plenty of room and things to do. While technically is it ski in/out the trails leading to the house are blue and challenging for beginners.

    Our group of four families enjoyed Casa de Montana so much. This is our 5th year of traveling as a group and we were all in agreement that this was our favorite home yet. The home has a lovely modern yet rustic esthetic and a lovely Christian ethos subtly throughout the home. Every detail was crafted with convenience and luxury in mind. You can tell this is their personal vacation home and not just a vacation rental property - and he has come to understand through the years that this is a big difference maker. We are all blessed to live in high end homes - and this Home had all of the luxuries that are standards to us, but will be a treat to others. Great refrigerator space and drawers, a fantastic wolf range with double griddle that made pancakes and smash burgers easy for a crowd. Things like sugar and salt and pepper were provided, as were ample paper towels, toilet paper (quality), and detergents. They also had cleaning supplies so we're were able to maintain our spaces as we would at home. Little extras like cozy throws, multiple coffee pots, 2 boot rooms..all met our expectations to what a luxury rental SHOULD have, but often do not. I highly recommend using Winter Park Oxygen to make sure you don't get altitude sickness. The ski in/out was fantastic because we had snow, would be a little harder to ski home and hike up a bit without snow - we actually skied through the “gate” of the community along the roads to our front door. Skiing out was easy. I would enjoy any home this family has (any others?!!) because they are thoughtful in everything design wise. The rental company was amazing...checked in and were responsive and provided anything we needed (extra tissues, ice, hangers). We gifted the house a spice rack. While the linens are not top of the line, they were clean and white - and everything was freshly laundered. Can't believe some places still have comforters that don't get washed each time. The beds were all comfortable and there were no complaints. This was our first trip to Winter Park (but several times we have skied the Colorado Rockies. The resort itself is well suited to groups and families. For the first time we were actually able to let our big kids (11+) ski by themselves in a group - the app and tracker were great. The lodges (our favorite was lunch rock) are well placed throughout the mountain. The blue and black runs are great. The greens will give your arms a crazy workout - and definitely not my favorite. The staff were all kind and pleasant. If we come back to winter park we will absolutely rent Casa de Montana again - and we all said we wish we could just take it with us to every place we go. This home is very expensive to rent, but it comes with everything you would expect and demand from a luxury rental at this price point. By far the our best trip yet in regards to the accommodations.

    We had a large family group skiing the week after Christmas. The home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked and better than expected. With the exception of a few minor things, (oven mitts, basic cooking spices, flashlights for power outage) we had everything we needed. There were activities for all ages and plenty of space to congregate or to have quiet time. We would definitely return to this amazing property.

    We had an idyllic Thanksgiving week with almost our entire family of three generations, plus our 50th Anniversary celebration! We had a wonderful time. The house generously accommodated the 12 of us and the youngest ones loved the bunk rooms! The home was generously-sized and gracious. It accommodated all of us easily and was well-equipped and then some. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Convenient but private. Thank you for a streamlined process, great directions, and a lovely experience. We found a caterer through your website who catered our Anniversary dinner. Kate LeVesseur provided a fabulous dinner and we highly recommend her if you're wanting a catering service. Our entire experience with you was professional and excellent! Nothing but raves from this crowd.

    We were up in the mountains for what started as a lovely wedding weekend that turned quickly into a stressful event with some lodging issues. Calling Winter Park Lodging Company we were promptly set up with Casa de Montana, a beautiful home that the bride and groom were able to relax and fully enjoy the weekend in. Everyone at Winter Park Lodging Company were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our entire stay, even leaving a welcome gift for the bride and groom! Cannot recommend Casa de Montana enough the house was super lean, beautiful and a 10/10 stay. Hard to recommend something more than this beautiful mountain villa but Winter Park Lodging company as a whole is the best and truly rescued our weekend in the mountains! Thank you!
