Casa de Little Tree 5 - beautifully landscaped courtyard, private hot tub

From sibling: For me the location and remote surroundings between Taos and the mtn was perfect. A close second was the private casista with its own bathroom was ideal.Another sibling: All good. The main house and casita with 2 bedrooms and two baths was perfect for our group of 10 adults and a toddler. The interior of the place was wonderfully decorated and gives a nice homey vibe. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, every bedroom had its own bathroom and we used the main fireplace on two nights. Instructions and hints about how use things were clear and helpful. The check-in and out procedures were clear and easy to follow (and were not onerous). Our dealings with Premier Properties were prompt, courteous and helpful. The property caretaker was friendly, polite and very attentive when we had a small problem which she came and fixed promptly. The location is great with easy access to the ski areas, Taos, restaurants, groceries, and shopping. It helped make our stay wonderfully pleasant. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Our group stayed at Casa de Little Tree 5 (which is a odd name, by the way), over Christmas of 2025. We were a party of ten - four families/couples including two babies. Other than the lack of snow and actual winter in Taos this year, it was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with our extended family. There was space for both privacy and togetherness.

Easy access and great family spaces.

We rented the house for a group of 12 getting together from all around the country. The house is beautiful and spacious and is stocked with everything you need! The layout of the house was perfect with 5 bedrooms with their own bathroom plus a bonus room with a pullout couch that our friends said was very comfortable. Convenient location to get to Taos Ski Valley and beautiful views right outside. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back again!

We all had a wonderful time enjoying the sunsets and isolated beauty of the home and its location. The location was very convenient in between the ski resort and Taos which was about 15 minutes to both. The home was well equipped for everything we needed, and the bedrooms were arranged in a way to give lots of privacy to everyone. The fireplace in the living room did not vent very well, we would have liked to use more but not at all a big deal.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! The property is perfect for a large group and the view is breathtaking. Our extended family all had space but we loved the big kitchen table, living room and courtyard for coming together. Check in was seamless. House was clean and well stocked! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and the house had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
