Casa De Blis • 3 minutes Taos Plaza

The property was very nice, but was missing coffee and toilet paper when we arrived.

Good location, space was very good. Amenities very good…we had a Thanksgiving dinner for 8 adults and 4 kids! Glad to have the queen air mattress as both beds were not very comfortable.

Casa de Blis was a great landing spot for a weekend of music in Taos. The property was clean and well equipped for the visit with a great patio area and easy access. The property is a short drive or moderate walk to the old town Taos area, quiet and secluded away from the main Taos highway, and a comfy place to relax. Our host was clear and responsive in communication, access and check in / out was easy, and we'd definitely stay again!

2 couples shared this property for 4th of July weekend. We got to see the firework show from the middle school, which was great! The property itself was nice for the 4 of us and fit us perfectly! The only issue we had with this entire stay was the coffee pot. It’s just very slow. Other than that, everything was super nice and the host was prepared for anything we might have needed!

We thought this condo good for the price. I did love the Samsung Frame TV in the living room for resting after our hikes. The second bedroom on the first floor didn't have a window AC unit like the main bedroom and we were not comfortable leaving first floor windows open at night for safety reasons, so it was a bit warm even with the fam provided. It was in the high 80s when we were there so we appreciated the AC unit on the first floor-most places in Taos do not have AC.

Spacious. Excellent light: large windows downstairs and upstairs provided a lovely view of the sunset every day, and skylights in the living room created a bright and inviting space. Kind and responsive host. The neighbor's friendly cats are available for pets.

My 3 sisters and were super happy staying here - it feels secluded and quiet but is near the main road, and more importantly the place itself is just lovely. There’s a great feel to it, as well as having all the amenities. This was an awesome find! My partner, my dad, and I came to try Taos Ski Valley and Angel Fire Resort. The town of Taos was a perfect middle ground for both ski resorts. The house was the perfect amount of space for 3 people and could even house a 4th or 5th person if needed. Very charming decor and we had access to everything we needed, inside and out (very central to town).

My sister and I visited the Taos area for a week, to do some sightseeing and hiking. This property was perfect for the two of us. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels very safe. The next door neighbor was so courteous as to check in with us the day before he planned to do some noisy repair work in his back yard. We were out and about that next day, so it didn't affect us at all. But such thoughtfulness left an impression. This lovely little house has a perfect little fenced in yard and comes with all the amenities you need to prepare your own meals, to tidy up, to wash and dry your clothes. Two minor items to take into consideration: the downstairs mattress is very soft and the downstairs shower stall is very tight. These are observations, not criticisms. For us, the Casa de Blis was an excellent choice, and we'd gladly return.

Vrbo gave the wrong entrance information. Had to call property manager for access. Damp towels in linen area. Laundry left in the location was to other areas of Taos was great. The location was quiet . But fir the orice I was disappointeddryer. Rugs not vacuum cleaned- lint, hair pins and hair on rugs. Plaster peeling from living room window surround. Screen dooir at front did not connect with loop so couldn’t be used. Cracked tiles in kitchen area.

It was convenient to the Big Barn Dance but we did have to drive to the center of town to get a parking spot. The VRBO house was clean as expected. Great responses from the owner and local response team.

The property is swell, although I'd use the upstairs shower only in case of elbows hitting the wall. Communication with owner/manager was great, especially since the info from vrbo was wrong, and owner keeps trying to correct it. Thank you for the lovely space
