Welcome to Casa Cuma, a graceful, multi-level beach retreat nestled in the gated Gulf-front community of Vizcaya in Dune Allen Beach. Located along the scenic stretch of 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, this stunning vacation home offers refined luxury, sweeping Gulf views, and exclusive access to Vizcaya's 1,000 feet of private, sugar-white beach. With Mediterranean-inspired architecture, cobblestone streets, and a community pool just steps away, Casa Cuma is the perfect setting for your next beach getaway.

Inside, Casa Cuma is designed to maximize both comfort and privacy across its four thoughtfully arranged levels. The first floor features a welcoming queen bedroom and a fun bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, perfect for kids or teens. A shared full bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity serves this level, along with a full laundry room for convenience. On the second floor, the spacious main living area invites you to unwind with plush seating, a charming dining space, and a half bathroom. Step out onto the expansive front terrace, where you'll find outdoor sofas, chairs, and rocking chairs that invite long, leisurely afternoons. Off the dining room, an additional balcony with a propane grill makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable.

The third floor hosts two private bedroom suites: a serene king master with a spa-style ensuite bathroom and private balcony with tranquil Gulf views, and a queen bedroom with its own private bath and plenty of natural light. At the top of the home on the fourth floor, a cozy loft with a queen bed provides extra sleeping space or a quiet perch to enjoy the breeze.

Outside, guests can unwind on the ground-level patio, which features a refreshing outdoor shower and cozy rocking chairs—perfect for rinsing off and relaxing after a day at the beach!

*Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance, and/or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. IDs will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 underaged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times. A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
*A form of damage protection is required with all reservations: You may opt for the accidental damage protection that is already included in the quote or the $2,000 refundable security deposit. Only one is required. See the rental agreement for full details.
*To help provide homeowners and guests with security and peace of mind, security and doorbell cameras are located on the exterior of this home. These are solely for monitoring the exterior of the property and are not present inside the home.

    Casa Cuma was the perfect blend of beach access and seclusion. Tucked in a quiet, gated community, we enjoyed ocean and coastal lake views from the balconies and spent every evening relaxing in the beautiful outdoor living spaces. Can’t wait to come back! We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Cuma! The home offered a perfect experience of privacy and convenience. Just a short walk to anywhere along 30-A, yet peaceful and tucked away. It felt like our own private slice of 30-A. Highly recommend!
