Casa Cristol- Family and Pet Friendly - Classic KW Charm Superb Location!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Casa Cristol!! Michael was an amazing host and the house was everything we wanted and more. Clean, all the things we needed to have a great time!! We would definitely come again. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Cristol. House was very clean and we loved the backyard patio for evening drinks and morning coffee. It is close to everything and the neighborhood is lovely.

The house and location was amazing. Super easy to get to Duval and all other areas of Key West. I would highly recommend staying in this property. Super clean and very responsive with any questions. We will be back.

Good location in that it is in a quite, safe area but close to restaurants, etc. About three blocks from best sunset watching site. Parking for one car, although we Ubered to this place and used rental bikes all week.

We truly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were so clean and comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The location could not be more perfect and so convenient to walk everywhere. We've stayed in Key West many times but this was the first time in Truman Annex. We loved it! Casa Cristol is in a great location: 2 blocks to Duval and 10 minute walk to Mallory Square and/or Truman WaterfrontPark & almost across the street from Truman white house.. It's a quiet neighborhood & gates to Annex are locked at night so minimal foot traffic after 6 pm.The house itself was perfect size for 4 of us. We spent most mornings out on the deck with our coffee. Full size washer & dryer was convenient for getting laundry done before heading home. Overall, loved our stay & highly recommend Casa Cristol.

Beautiful house, Great location! Gated community, very quiet! Close to bike path/walking path. 5-10 min walk to duval and Mallory park! Would definitely stay here again. Host Michael was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

Michael's place is fantastic - excellent location (everything walkable), plenty of space to spread out and high end amenities inside. The house is inside the Truman Annex, which is a very secure, safe, quiet part of Key West, yet practically right next to Duval St and the busiest part of Key West. Michael is a great communicator and made sure we had what we needed for our stay.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and the location couldn't have been better!! We loved how the interior of the home allowed our family to gather comfortably and the backyard felt private. All of the foliage is very beautiful! Will certainly stay again!!

Just WOW!! This is a truly amazing home to stay in, your own private sanctuary away from all the tourists and traffic, yet a very short walk from all the action downtown. This home is equipped with everything you could want … the view from inside is extra special. The icing on the cake was our host! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was spectacular. This is where we will definitely be staying when we are in Key West. Thank you for such an amazing home!!

The house was clean, comfortable, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bars, exceeding our expectations. Mike our host welcomed us, answered all our questions and checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

We have stayed in the annex over 45 times and we found this to be the best deal for location , price , size of home , etc . Only Front or Emma offers nicer accommodations and that’s at 3 times the price of this property . Easy choice .

The property is fantastic, and the location is phenomenal. Only a 5-6 minute walk to Duval St., but the neighborhood is quiet. Michael is extremely responsive and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Casa Cristol is a great place to stay. The house was clean and comfortable and inwalking distance to Duval St. snd MallorySq. I highly recommend this vacation home.

We were upset there was not a pool to use on our visit. We felt misled.. the pool that was there we could not use. Basically we felt that was false advertisement.

Casa Cristol is exectly what this group of 5 friends needed! The home was beautiful, impeccably kept and outfitted. The location was close to some of the best dining on the island. The beach was within walking distance as well. Our host, Michael, was so kind and very accommodating. We would return without hesitation!

The house is located in central key west in Truman Annex. It is convenient to the entire island. Great beach near by.

My daughter is graduating college so we celebrated with the family at the keys for plenty of beach and fun time. The house was perfect location, close to everything and quiet at night.

Only a couple blocks from Duvall street. House was clean, checkin was easy and communication with the owner was always prompt. Would definitely stay here again!!

The VRBO listing includes indicates Communal Pool as an amenity. The pool is just steps outside the unit. But, the host doesn't provide a key/fob to access it.There are a few minor maintenance issues inside the unit (we have advised the host), but nothing that would impact your stay.

3 couples were very comfortable staying here. Fully stocked home with all you need. We stayed 2 nights and walked the short distance to Duval and Mallory square

Stayed here with my friends for a wedding we were attending in town. The house was clean, had plenty of space and is a short distance from Duval Street. Michael was great and communicative. The best part is the house had 3 bathrooms for everyone to have a space to get ready in. Wish we stayed for longer, we will definitely be back!

Location, location, location!!! The home is beautiful and very functional! The backyard is so relaxing, lush and gorgeous! I would recommend this to anyone. Works best for 2 or 3 couples. The neighborhood is gated and extremely well maintained!

This place was absolutely amazing. Everything was is perfect working order and spotless. Great house in a great neighborhood. Everything was is walking distance. Micheal (the host) gave great suggestions for things to do. He was also helpful when I had an issue booking. Not a single problem during our stay. Great communication with host as well. Highly recommended.

Upon check in, it was discovered that the air conditioner was not functioning. The host was notified and he responded by letting us know he would be sending a technician out to repair the AC system. A technician never arrived and the AC was not repaired. It was hot throughout the night and as a result most of us slept very poorly. The next morning we got in touch with the host and requested a partial refund. He denied this request and said the best he could do was a free night for a future trip. This concession was useless to us as none of us visit Key West frequently to make use of this however the host would not budge and did not try to rectify the situation.
