Casa Coquina ~ Walk to Downtown ~ CLEAN, QUIET, SPACIOUS, HUGE PRIVATE YARD

Our host was wonderful. Sarah reached out at all the right times and responded quickly to any question I had. The house was in excellent order, welcoming and with everything we wished to find. The layout of the home feels spacious and cheery. The yard is wonderful. I love trees!

The rental was so easy and we received everything we needed on time. The house and amenities were excellent. It was very clean and very comfortable. My little dog especially enjoyed the large fenced in yard.

Lovely home. Conveniently located close to downtown but quieter location with easy parking. House had all the amenities we could want. The were no issues with our stay. We would come back.

Pet friendly,Easy access to backyard for my parents elderly pets. Nice size yard, with native landscape felt very relaxing. Variety of games to choose from for entertainment of all ages.

This is a lovely older style but wonderfully built South Florida home...having lived in Miami for years I love this house and the area it is in. It is so nice and so clean, I sat in the yard and imagined this beautiful yard in its hay day. I can only imagine how much love and care went into this yard and home. It is so close to everything and so well stocked. My husband and I and our best friends had the best time for our mini vacay..we will definitely rent the wonderful home again.

Very spacious two bedroom home, we really enjoyed our stay there!

After staying in many VRBO properties over the past 20 years, I can honestly say this was the best of the best!! Everything from pictures of the listing, to the descrpition, cleanliness, amenities, location, etc., were all 100% accurate!! Our pups loved the big, totally fenced, back yard, and being able to bring them with us was a huge plus! Sarah, the property owner/ manager, was easy to work with, and very responsive. She has done an amazing job of decorating this lovely home, and has provided the property with eveyrhing you could think of in a home away from home. We booked our stay here for a weekend stay so we could go to the Night of Lights and we had a great time. The location was perfect for the 4 adults in our party with our dog who really enjoyed the huge backyard. Check in was simple and the accommodations were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Cleanest house I’ve ever rented, perfect yard for our small dogs, nicely appointed amenities and reasonably prives. We would and will book with them again.

Beautifully appointed with all the amenities necessary for a wonderfully relaxing getaway. The yard was amazing and great for the pups. Close to everything we walked everywhere we needed to go. I would definitely recommend this property and would like to return.

We loved our stay at Casa Coquina! The beds were comfy, the layout was nice and spacious and it’s an easy and safe walk to downtown. The fenced backyard was huge and nice to have with our pup. It’s difficult to find a place in this location with a backyard like that!

We stayed at this wonderful home that was spacious and had a huge shaded yard for our dog. It is only 1.2 miles from the Fort. It has great access to the beach just minutes down the road. We would definitely return.
