Stayed Mar 6, 2026We hosted twelve, 18-19 year old college freshmen on Spring Break and safety and location were important. The house is centrally located and close to the highway, airport, downtown and the beaches. It has a gate that gives privacy and extra security. The owners were receptive, quick to reply and courteous. If we have to host again we will come back to casa Coco.

Stayed Nov 22, 2025This property is so beautiful! Very nice and spacious and well kept. I stayed here with a few friends and the host was amazing. Very easy to contact them. They even had games already in the living room so it was perfect!

Stayed Aug 30, 2024The house is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. The location was quiet and felt private even though the pool is in the front yard. We were close to shops and things to keep us entertained and short uber ride from anything you would want to do/see in town. The common areas inside and outside fit us all comfortably and the AC really did wonders against Miami humidity! Some of the quirks noted in other reviews are true but that comes with a house instead of a hotel and it didn't take away from our experience at all.
