This building is split into two private upper and lower-level homes. You will have secure access to the lower level only, including two off-street parking spaces and the backyard. Tenants reside above. *Garage is not included

BRING YOUR OWN LOGIN: We provide two TVs, both equipped with streaming services. Guest will need to provide their own logins to access the specific service.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located in the front entrance doorbell and the side of the home.
