Property was very comfortable with a great outdoor space!

Our host John and his wife Kendra were very hospitable in welcoming myself and my friends. They gave very good instructions on checkin and checkout procedures. John was very timely in responding to me if I reached out to him to answer any questions I had. He checked in each day to make sure my friends and I were doing well and if we needed anything. The House itself was accommodating, especially with various entertainment options. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Very little traffic on the street made for quiet evenings. I would certainly stay at this property again if I should ever be in Albuquerque again and would recommend it to anyone.

The listing is as described. It was great for us because it was centrally located with easy access to all the things planned. The neighborhood was a little questionable but there is a secured gate which gives you a sense of security.There are games for kids and we didn't get a chance to use the hotttub. . There is a nice seating area and fire pit in the backyard which was perfect for reading.

This is a wonderful little home. Everything was impeccably clean and we enjoyed the hottub.

The only down side to this property was the location. The property had a wonderful yard but it rained so hard we couldn't take advantage of it. We had off street parking that was a plus, we ordered pizza and just stayed inside.

Charming and clean. Very thoughtful games for both indoors and outdoors. Backyard comfortable and private; firepit and hot tub easy to use. Awesome little extras in the way of toiletries and snacks (and super comfortable robes). Host communicated clearly throughout. Would definitely stay again!

The property and house was secure and clean. The surrounding neighborhood a little sketchy. We had no issues. Fire pit and hot tub were an added bonus. Very close to the AFB which was our purpose.

Although the home is in a poor neighborhood, you feel safe because they have fully fenced yard and doors lock perfect. Its a great GEM on inside perfectly decorated beds are great and comfortable.too. Can’t say enough about this place lots of extra items left for you to discover. Will definitely go back

What a wonderful house. It is stunning inside with a gorgeous backyard for furbabies to play in. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub but it was very inviting. Would stay here again.

This trip was an amazing stay the property was clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable, went above and beyond. The host was very efficient and friendly, communicated the entire time, gave proper instructions for everything i may have needed. I would definitely rent this property again it was my absolute favorite. No complaints loved everything.

Hot tub, fire pit , 2 bathrooms and a backyard area for the dogs! All of it top notch!

There was plenty of room for 6 people. The home was clean. The water pressure was excellent. The location was conveniently located. The owner communicated well and took care of all our needs.

The best part is Jon and Kendra. They care about your stay and are very helpful. The house is perfect for dogs - both front and back are fully fenced. The neighborhood is not the best and we never felt scared. I would stay with them again.

We needed a halfway spot for our roadtrip and that ended up being Albuquerque. We looked for places the right size for our family with hot tubs, and ended up here. They ended up being great hosts ... very communicative prior to arrival, and back and forth when we had a need due to the hot water heater issue. Everything was resolved in a very timely manner. These hosts provided coffee, snacks, had a beer waiting on us in the fridge. And the checkout instructions were among the simplest I've ever experienced for a Vrbo. That was appreciated! Would recommend!

Property was clean and very cozy. Nice central location to all our activities.

The house was nice and clean, coffee and breakfast bars were an added convenience. However, an electrical outlet is needed in the hall bath. Also, we were not thrilled with the neighborhood. This was the first time I stayed in a house with bars on the windows!

My family of 5 stayed here and enjoyed every minute. We loved the arcade game, hot tub, and the backyard. The neighborhood isn't far from some sketchy areas, but we didn't have any issues and we slept soundly with the security gate and tall fence enclosing the property. One of the bedframes was broken when we arrived and Jon replaced it as soon as he found out. Overall, the house is great, the amenities were perfect for my family, and we weren't far from where we wanted to go. We would stay here again.
