The host, Judy was wonderful. She answered any and all questions we had. The property was beautiful. Very comfortable!

This house is a perfect beach style, decor was amazingly beautiful. Although we never met property owner, she was extremely helpful and answered our texts quickly and with lots of information. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and can only hope to stay here again on a future trip to Key West.

It was perfect for a family gathering. The pool was a great hit with the kids. The layout was nice and Judy had beach towels and beach toys.

Perfect place to stay for fantasy fest. The only complaint I heard all weekend was concerning the pull out sofa. Maybe a mattress topper would correct that very minor issue. Excellent host and place to stay!

We had a wonderful family trip. All adults but three generations and something for everyone to do. Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from old town. Our second year here looking forward to returning.

Great stay. Plenty of room for everyone and convenient location. Rooster crowing was nice local touch except their internal clock was off a bit and started way too early in the morning. Hope to return.

It was just as it was described- no surprises. Communication was easy and our host answered all questions quickly and sufficiently. The home was comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor sitting areas. The pool area could use a bit of updating.

Property was excellant. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Easy to drive to town. Brewery walking distance away had good selection and take out food from next door. Quick responces on any questions.

We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. 7 of us, including friends and family had plenty of room to hang out together or separate. We only cooked breakfast in the kitchen and the rest of the meals were eaten out, at the many great restaurants in the area! Judy was excellent with communication, responding to texts quickly and was very accommodating, when we arrived an hour earlier than check-in. We all had a great time and would definitely recommend this house!

The house was very nice and had all the amenities we needed. It was also nicely decorated with ocean/beach themes. We really enjoyed sitting out on the back porches and enjoyed swimming in the community pool. This house was a perfect size for 6 adults, with plenty of room to spread out. A nice bonus was having a wood fired pizza place and French bakery just a block away and in easy walking distance. I would definitely stay at this house again.

I stayed here with my husband, six year old son, my parents, and my husbands parents and we all fit perfectly. The house is set up with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and we all had our own space with plenty of room. My husband and my son had a ball at the pool which is just steps away from the house and it’s also right down the road from Key West. They have plenty of restaurants around if you don’t want to drive into Key West. The house had everything you needed plus more! We spent the day at the beach and we were able to use chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler from the house! Our new spot to stay anytime we want to go to Key West!

We stayed at Casa Cay for a family vacation and had a wonderful time. Judy is a wonderful host and was quick with communication. The community is gated, safe and quiet.the kitchen is well stocked, the bedrooms are comfy. I would highly recommend this home
