Casa Cassaretto - This Beautiful Lakefront Home is Only 50 yards from Marina Beach by Yosemite Region Resorts

Great house. Fully equipped with fun lake toys, a hot tub and game room. We were a little disappointed upon arrival. The house was not very clean and we had to rewash almost every pot and pan. Lights were burnt out all over, especially the upstairs master bathroom which makes it kind of dangerous to use the restroom at night. Wish there was one more television. While kids are playing in the game room - it’s the same room as “home theater” so there was no where for someone else to watch a show and relax after a long day in the sun. A great location and really enjoyed the dock.

The home is better than the photos ! Excellent location BUT most of all check in and arrival details were clear and easy to follow. We’ve rented many vacation homes and this was the most organized. Because they deal with a private home owners location it could have been difficult.

We love Groveland and Casa Cassaretto! We have stayed here before and plan to stay again. The cleaning service was sub par this time. Not enough towels for everyone (towels for 8pl even though we reserved for 13) the deck/patio needs to be blown or swept as well as the kitchen floor. Not to mention the ants.. Which weren’t terrible but definitely not something you want to deal with on vaca after spending a pretty penny on this gorgeous property. Overall would recommend and stay again. Just hope they address the cleanliness.

This house is comfortable YET high end. The photos don’t do it justice. The house is perfectly described and more. We are familiar with the area and wanted to be near the marina. You can’t be closer. We loved being able to walk back and forth to the marina and beach. Our group was ages 6-83 we were all happy and plan to book the house again and again!

This was an awesome house, very comfortable, layout and deck were perfect with lots of amenities. We would definitely come back here. However, the instructions/details provided at check in of what is available at the house are incomplete. No instructions about the whole house speaker system, no code to unlock the kayak, no mention of all the water toys available. More details would be helpful to plan. Close to the Marina/Beach made for variety of places to swim.

This place was amazing. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was perfectly located from the beach and marina. The whole family had nothing but great things to say about this place. We will definitely be making this a yearly family trip. Thank you being apart of making great memories for us.

We had a great stay. A few things to note about the property: there were a lot of cobwebs, the kitchen drawers needed cleaning/organizing, all the beds are high and difficult to use for our elderly parents, the heat was a challenge to regulate through the house as some spots were cold (the game room) and some spots were warm (the loft). Other than that, it was a peaceful and relaxing spot and our family enjoyed our stay.

Our family couldn't have asked for a better lake home to stay in at Pine Mountain Lake. It was perfect in every way and no one in our group wanted to leave! Great lakefront location and all of the amenities were fantastic. The downstairs fun cave was a blast and was well utilized by the group! There's no doubt if Pine Mountain Lake is our destination of choice then Casa Cassaretto will be our home of choice! Thank you from the Jackson family!

This property was just perfect for our family vacay! We traveled with my parents and all 3 siblings and their families. This house was 100% comfortable for all 12 of us! The spacious kitchen was fun for preparing meals together. The deck was organized in a way that we could all sit together to eat and relax together. The deck has spectacular views of the lake and PaPa could watch the grandkids float around and play in the lake. The grandsons slept on the couches down in the game room with the homes only TV. The owners provide a huge selection of board games and outdoor family games. We were able to canoe and float around with the supplies provided. My only suggestions are to allow use of the hot tub, figure out the ant issue, and disclose that there are cats that stay in the house from time to time. We would definitely stay here again!!

This should have been an easy 5+ rating. Beautiful house in a spectacular location. Unfortunately the listed number of beds/bedrooms doesn't match reality. The house is listed as 5 bedrooms, 8 beds , sleeps 15 In fact the house has 4 bedrooms + loft, only has 6 beds (not the listed eight) and sleeps a max of 10. This was a big problem for our party of 13. For the first 2 nights, 3 of our party had to sleep on the floor - we then went and got an inflatable queen bed for them to share. Not what you expect when paying top dollar for a rental :( The response from the rental company was not any help either - they correctly pointed out that if you expand (it's not visible by default) the Details section in the listing it states: Sleeps upto 10 in beds., and also lists only 6 beds. So why does the VRBO listing state it has 8 beds? And why does the VRBO listing describe 5 bedrooms + loft when in fact there are only 4 bedrooms + loft? The only remedy offered by the rental agency was write a review, so here it is. Renter beware :(
