Casa Bugera is a town house located in the center of the historic and pretty town of Pollensa, so a car is not essential. It is just a 5-minute walk from its main square, where we can find a wide variety of bars, shops and restaurants. The property has been recently renovated with great taste, using quality materials and mixing modern accessories while respecting the more traditional elements. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, the interior patio stands out, with asmall pool with which to cool off during the hottest summer months and next to which there is a rest area and another with a fantastic barbecue and perfectly equipped with a table with capacity for six diners.This area has direct access to a large living room and a kitchen open to the living room, which has all the necessary utensils in this type of vacation accommodation. A bathroom with shower completes this part of the house. The rooms are located on the first upper floor, and consist of a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two double bedrooms, both of which share a charming bathroom with a shower. It should be noted that all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. On this floor there is also a laundry room that houses the washing machine.
