Casa Bryan Park

Located a short walk from Bryan Park playground, ball courts/ fields, and swimming pool; this historical home is a great place for a get-a-way. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom charmer has high ceilings and original hardwood floors. Relax on the covered front porch swing, enjoy family time around the dining table, or hang out around the backyard fire pit. Get to IU campus in 5 minutes, Memorial Stadium or IU Hospital in 10 minutes, or Lake Monroe in 15 minutes!

Just off of the living room isone large bedroom with 2 queen beds, beyond the dining room there are 2 more bedrooms containing 1 queen bed each. The central bathroom has been remodeled with glass shower enclosure and easy access washer/dryer. The kitchen is fully functional with blenders, k-cup coffee maker, toaster, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, cups, mugs, and silverware available to use during your stay. The living area and each bedroom has a smart tv for your viewing pleasure.

There is space to park 3 large vehicles in the driveway and 1 on-street parking spot in front of the casa.

To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment.

Guests have access to all main floor areas. Basement and Hall Closet kept locked.

Hosts are available by the Airbnb app, cellphone, and text.
