The house was great! Any questions I had were answered promptly. My sisters & I enjoyed our stay, however, we would never be able to bring any of our sons, they would knock themselves out on that bathroom doorway . All 3 of us would stay in the house again.

The good . The cleaner does a good job cleaning aged out appliances, bedding, furniture etc ... The bad . TV in the front living room is NOT a smart TV and unless you have an Amazon subscription forget about receiving anything on it not even the local channels the bedroom door does not latch and stay shut so no privacy the sign under the thermostat giving you false instructions very confusing and misleading and everything in here is dated like it was bought from a garage sale ..The Ugly. The self proclaimed Super Host is a Tyrant an absolute disgrace to the hospitality industry full of himself doesnt respond to any issues you may have because he lives an hour away so thats it the good the bad and the ugly.. my vacation was ruined because of this Super Host Tyrant.. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED !!! youll get nothing not even the local channels.

The home was very clean, ease of check in and communication with host exceptional, and overall comfort and location of home was wonderful. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this house. Good central location. Walking was a little futher than we expected but still good location. House has 3 bedrooms which is nice. I could have used the AC a little cooler but the ceiling fans helped! Host was very good at answering questions and checking in.

We stayed here for three days as our base for exploring St. Augustine. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet still quiet when it was time to relax. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. And so clean!!! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. We usually spend our vacations in VRBOs and this is the second time we have stayed in an historical home. We love them and think it contributes to the enjoyment of a history-based vacation. The hosts have taken great care to furnish and decorate this home well. If you can see yourself appreciating and caring for the historical significance of the home, this is the place for you.

The historic neighborhood is ideal, quiet and walking distance to town. Though spaces are small (thats how all the houses are in that neighborhood) the house has just about everything you need, other than exercise equipment which would be a plus. Sweet little porch and plenty of outside furniture out back. We would definitely go back.

This is a very cute historic house. Steve replied quickly if I had any questions. There were 4 of us that stayed and we are supplied with an extra bath towel and hand towel, which I did appreciate. It was very cozy and I highly recommend this place. We walked around on our final day there as the Night of Lights was downtown. The distillery and winery are about a 10-15 min walk and downtown was about 20-25 min. There are local foods there as well that are walkable. I would stay here again.

The property was quaint, clean, and nicely decorated. It was stocked with all the necessary items. Keurig, toaster, dishes and washer/dryer. Although we didn’t use it, the backyard was perfect for a cookout with a gas grill, table and chairs and a fire pit. The house also has a screened in side porch and front porch! We did have to contact the owners about the WIFI and the TV in one of the main bedrooms was not a smart tv. I will definitely stay here again!
