“Casa Blanca Ventnor Beach” is a delightful double-storey family home on absolute beachfront in Ventnor just metres from the beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Downstairs, a central hallway leads to the huge Rumpus (with smart TV, pool table & Pianola), Bedroom 3 (with BIR), Bedroom 4 (with free-standing robes) and a Bathroom/fully equipped Laundry (with shower & toilet plus washing machine & clothes dryer) that provides direct access to the rear yard. Upstairs is Bedroom 1 (with free-standing drawers & hanging rack), Bedroom 2 (with BIR), a Bathroom (with shower, bath & Toilet). The large open plan Living/Kitchen/Dining Room (with 50 smart TV) affords amazing water views and flows through to the covered Deck.

Outdoor Areas

The upstairs fully covered Deck (with gas BBQ, seating for 8, plus a high top table that seats an additional 4) has fantastic uninterrupted 180 degree water views - a perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The rear yard is enclosed, and the left hand single Garage is for guest use - perfect for one car, with space for an additional 3 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) in the driveway.

Kitchen

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and gas cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

There is a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the downstairs Rumpus room and in the Kitchen/Dining Room upstairs, ceiling fans in Bedroom1 1 & 2 plus the upstairs Living Room, as well as 4 additional stand-alone heaters and 2 pedestal fans which can be used where required. There is also electric blankets available for the King & Queen beds in Bedrooms 1 & 2, available in the cold winter months.

Bedding Configuration

This home has 5 beds, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 10 guests:

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One King bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Tri-bunk

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
There is also a double sofa bed in the downstairs Rumpus Room suitable for 1 adults or children.

Linen

It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory.
