CASA BELLISSIMA - LAKE FRONT TOWNHOME W/ SPECTACULAR Views w/boat

This place is an absolute gem! I can't say enough good things. Great communication, exceptionally clean, and stocked with everything you might need. This place truly feels like home. Quiet area and great outdoor amenities. Living space and rooms are very spacious. We will return to stay again!

My husband and I had the best time staying on property. The house was clean and had all of the items one would need for a great stay. Bill is a wonderful host and was very accommodating and helpful. I left some items in the dryer and he kindly shipped them back to me. If we find ourselves back in Hot Springs Village, we will definitely be staying again.

Everything was as promised. Very comfortable and relaxing place for a vacation.

We decided to take a last minute trip with our 2 teenage boys and our 3 year old daughter, this place was perfect for everyone!!! Kids had some much fun on paddle boards and kayaks… didn’t catch any fish but plenty of others around us did!!! Clean and quiet area!!! Had a great weekend away!!! Definitely will be back!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! The house itself was amazing—beautifully maintained and perfectly situated right on the lake. One of our favorite features was the two-level deck, which made it so easy to relax, take in the views, and even fish right off the deck.The home truly had everything we could have possibly needed and more. It was fully stocked with thoughtful amenities like kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, paddle boards, and so much more, which made our time on the water effortless and fun.The location was just as impressive. The surrounding area offers great golf courses and plenty of activities, so there was never a shortage of things to do.Overall, this was a perfect getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-equipped lakefront escape!

The property was very clean and stocked. Perfect for grandkids to fish off of the dock or take out the kayaks to fish. The family did enjoy a day out on the pontoon boat tooped off with a grilled meal. Highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood while we were there. Beautiful to look out onto the water and see the ducks. Had everything we needed and more. Our host was welcoming and checked in to make sure we were all good.

Older townhome on a beautiful lake, which was clean and comfortable inside. Well supplied kitchen, laundry area and kayaks and other 'toys' for the lake. We visited in November, so the area was peaceful and the lake quiet which we thoroughly enjoyed every morning, late afternoon and evening after returning from our exploring Hot Springs.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Bellissima! The condo has a wonderful view of the lake inside and out. So relaxing! The condo is fully stocked with everything you could need. We were grateful to be able to stay with our dog right on the lake. The owner was very responsive for any needs we had.

Great place for quiet getaway!

The balcony was nice overlooking the lake and the lake was not real busy so taking the kayaks out was enjoyable for our girls.

The kitchen set up was perfect. Our main concern was the floors were not clean. The windows are really dirty. The decks are a mess. Needs to figure out a way to cover the pontoon boat. The gas grill has a hole in it. Maintenance needed!

Very nice, relaxing place to stay. Beautiful view. It’s a perfect place to come back and relax after day out on the town with family. Will definitely be back!

Cozy, comfortable older condo right on the water. We didnt get to use the kayaks that were available, but enjoyed sitting on the back deck overlooking the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Narrow roads and road signs in the Village are a little hard to see if coming in at dark. Condo had everything you need for cooking, bed was clean and comfortable. Good place for anyone who loves fishing and getting on the lake.We enjoyed the Hot Springs National park, Bath house row and the Beautiful Garver Garden tour.Bill was so kind to leave us an Anniversary note and bottle of wine. Specific instructions for the TVs were very helpful.

OMG this was the ultimate, most beautiful vacation spot you can ask for! Also, the house had everything you needed in the kitchen. The balcony and deck are so nice our jaws dropped it was so amazing! I would tell anyone amd evryone to contact Bill at this property ans he has three near eachother to bring family or friends with you! Definitely an unexpected surprise!!

We loved this town house! It had all the neccessities we needed. We loved the area it was in. It was in a little cove area where my kids played in the water and enjoyed the kayakes and paddle board provided. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy some family time. We took full advantage of the extras such as the pontoon, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing gear. The unit was clean, attractive and well equipped. Bill is charming and the best host ever!

Beautiful location, fishing was fun and was close to golf courses. The townhouse needs major cleaning and updates.

Overall, the condo was very good. The owners have spent a lot of time furnishing the unit with nice little touches. Fishing poles, Kayaks, bbqs. Plenty of pillows, towels. The owner has a kurig maker with coffee, regular coffee maker. Board games, TV s in each room. Caught 4 blue gills off lower deck.

Great spot to enjoy the lake and surrounding area. Great host book and suggestions for fun. Very clean and well equip kitchen.

We spent two nights for a quick weekend get away. We had a great time. The townhome was quiet and peaceful with a beautiful morning sunrise over the lake. It was just the two of us and we had our pup, so we always choose places that allow pets and we are very grateful that we can include the whole family. Would stay her again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Bellissima in September '24. The gated community and lake are beautiful. Plenty of room both inside and out for a great girl's trip away. Anything and everything you will need in the kitchen, including a detailed list of locally-owned eateries, which we very much enjoyed. Thank you.

The condo is right on the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenery. It was perfect.

Loved playing golf at Granada; walking through Garvan Woodland Gardens; and eating dinner at DeSoto. House is in a great location for many activities to enjoy in the area. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was well/stovked, and bring right on the lake with a private dock was a real plus. Thank you!!
