The Space:<br>
This stunning Malibu estate features all five bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor, each with its own en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. The spacious primary suite includes a private balcony overlooking the ocean. On the lower level, you’ll find a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, laundry room, and a private office. The expansive outdoor deck offers multiple seating areas and stairs that lead directly down to your own private beach.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire house.

You’ll enjoy the best of coastal Malibu living, surrounded by beautiful beaches, scenic coastal hikes, and chic beachside cafés and restaurants. Just minutes away you'll find iconic spots like Neptune’s Net, plus convenient access to local shops and markets. Outdoor lovers can surf, paddleboard, or stroll along the shoreline. With a laid-back yet upscale vibe, the area offers both tranquility and easygoing coastal charm.

ANY PARTIES WILL RESULT IN AN IMMEDIATE EVICTION



As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any city noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Any gatherings of more than 8 people are not allowed on the property unless discussed and cleared with the host before check in.



Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.



We may require a security deposit for some bookings.



There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the home, both for safety and to ensure rule compliance.



This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit if applicable, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.



$35 charge per towel for any stained/ruined or missing towels

$35 charge per stained pillow cover

$200 charge per stained sheets/duvet cover

$200 charge if the house is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning



Guests must be transparent and truthful about the questions asked by the host at booking. Any incorrect information provided may result in immediate eviction without refund.



Non compliance with the rules cited above or complaints from neighbors may result in immediate eviction.



Upon check in, please report any damages to avoid being charged. We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue, we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

    The Casa Azul house was amazing!! We had such a great time! The house was beautiful, big, and super clean and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again sometime in the future.

    We loved this property so much. The private beach access was amazing. The house was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we could want. Will certainly be staying here again on our next trip to Malibu.

    Fantastic location - dolphins swimming by in am, pelicans in pm, plenty of great outdoor furniture, direct access to a sweet little beach, kayak, SUPs (if you can brave getting across the wave break). We had a great time at this house. Bring your own life jackets.House is technically a 5BR, but there are 4BR upstairs, all with own bath, and a big office downstairs with adjacent full bath.Communication with management company was great, and they resolved a minor issue quickly even on a holiday week.House is grand and custom built on the property - but is showing its age a bit (peeling outdoor paint, etc). New and nicely appointed furniture, inside and outside, makes up for it so you don't have to worry about musty. Just expect a beauty who has aged a bit.
