Stayed Oct 30, 2023Lovely house in a beautiful and calm part of the village. The owner is super nice and you can tell that a lot of love went into building the house and the garden.

Stayed Aug 22, 2023First of all, we felt very good! There is a beautiful patio with nice view an a big palm tree. Good combination of living inside and outside. Nice wooden artwork with a personal touch. Quite place away with privacy. The communication with the host was fast, friendly and easy. Sure to come back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the property and had a wonderful 2 week stay here . the villa is beautifully designed, we adored the woodwork and the design of the property. It was wonderful to be in such asafe place . It felt rural but was an enjoyable walk to the lovely town of Lahares and all this lovely little town had to offer. We hope to come back next year and are looking forward to it already

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We hat a great time at the house. The house provides beautiful views on the volcanos and desert landscape and is calm and comfortable. The parents' bedroom connects to the patio, which means getting out for using the bathroom or the rest of the house. That's important to know if you have small children who sleep in the other bedroom or if you visit in winter. Compared to other houses we saw this one is especially homey and beautifully located.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place. Everything as described in the offer, even better with two brand new sunbeds in the atrium. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, nice garden with many fine plants. The house is beautifully and tastefully built and decorated, many lovely details - we felt very comfortable and had a wonderful stay. Thank you Philippe!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Actually we don''t want to write a positive comment, because Lajares and Philippe''s house are both still a strong recommendation we''d prefer to keep secret. My wife and our daughter of 12yrs and 14yrs enjoyed the 2 weeks in this special house. Wonderful plants, a fantastic barbecue site, great handmade wooden works all around and inside the house, which is situated on the edge of the village, quiet peaceful and relaxing. The parents have their own dormitory, the kids sleep up on the mezzanine (and there is another room for you as well) and enjoy a particularly L shaped architecture with lots of surf spirit and fine african art. Water, Gas, Electricity etc. was running without limits :) ... enjoying the water in the well done selfmade shower is a pleasure ... hey, don''t tell it anyone, because this house is really cool. We will come back verrry soon.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I would highly recommend this house to everybody (young, old, family''s). Beautiful house, very private, nicely decorated, good music installation, great bbq area and a perfect chill out terrace with beautiful views, don''t hesitate. Just two things, i am thinking about coming back with my wife and kids (baby), so a microwave would be handy and it is very difficult to arrange the temperature of the shower (minor problems)!
