Situated in the sought-after residential area of Guadalmina Baja, this lovely townhouse offers comfortable accommodation for 6 people, and is only 250m from the beach.

The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a cosy lounge area with TV, and a guest wc. There is a lovely, covered terrace with further seating and dining furniture, leading ontothe patio and plunge pool. There are 4 sunbeds for your use.

Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms: The Master has an ensuite bathroom, a TV and access to a terrace. The other 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower.

There is also a unique “Roman Bath” for your enjoyment.

There is aircon and wifi throughout the villa. There is a BBQ on the front patio, and there is parking for 1 car.

The location of Casa Agnes is ideal! A 2-minute walk to the beach, 4 minutes to a couple of restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the San Pedro Boulevard and all the parks, restaurants and shops of San Pedro. Also, there is a lovely Beach Club with tennis and padel courts, just 25m away and various golf courses within a 5km radius.
