Carolina Sunrise - Corolla, Whalehead, Oceanside, 500 Yds to Beach, Pool, Hot Tub, Volleyball

We just got home today from an amazing vacation to Corolla. Carolina Sunrise was perfect!!!. There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room, more than enough kitchen items-pots, pans, plates etc. Most of the bedrooms had their own bathroom so that was nice for each family to have their own space. The pool was a hit with everyone-adults and kids alike. The kids spent hours in the pool every day. The house and grounds were clean and everything was in perfect working order. Easy check in and check out. If I had one complaint-and it's not really because it was as advertised but the beach was a pretty good walk. It was an easy walk with nice boardwalks and quiet streets but took 10mins or so to walk it. Corolla is a great area with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Definitely recommend

We had a family reunion of 14 people (ages ranging from 3 to 43!) and we all fit in the house totally comfortably, with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. The convenience to grocery store, activities, and beach was awesome. Pool / hot tub / outdoor shower to break up the beach days were also great. ReallyAn incredible vacation. Highly recommend!

We had never been to Outer Banks and other than the long drive and having to wait for the text to enter the home it was wonderful. The home worked well for our 3 adult married kids and their children. Bikes, wagons, strollers were all left totally unattended at the beach and nothing was taken or stolen. Amazing! Not crowded on the beach or around the home. We had a great time.

Overall the house was a great place for multiple families to stay, providing ample space for everyone including many children. The pool got heavily used, they had lots of toys, sports and beach equipment that we got good use out of. The place could have used a slightly better cleaning (cobwebs and dust) and you really needed to be vigilant about the Air Conditioning otherwise it kept resetting and the house would warm up very quickly, especially the top floor. The location was easy for us to make trips to the supermarket and a few long blocks to the beach wasn't too bad. We rented a golf cart which made everything much easier to cart back and forth but walking it with beach gear might have been rough. Not a detractor (we didn't realize it) but we wished the 4th master had a Queen or King bed instead of 2 twins. The property management company was very nice and responsive to our requests and came to the property to fix minor issues. We would definitely consider staying here next year if we can't find something with a 4th master room with a larger bed.

This house was ok. I wish it had steps to get to each level from the outside but overall it worked for us & was ready a little early. Overall good house.
