Everything worked as it should. Because it was after Labor Day, the entire development was more than quiet.

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals....even a crockpot! We did bring our own coffee pot since there was only a keurig because we are coffee snobs, LOL! The beds were amazing! The bunkroom was perfect for the kids. The extra blankets throughout the house were amazing. We loved all the amenities Carlton Landing had to offer. We thought about renting a golf cart, but decided not to. Walking around was so easy or we were able to park near the lake and pool, which was what we did most of the time. The starter set of soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc was great! We did bring more of our own, which we were glad we did. Overall we had an amazing time and Carlton Landing will be our new favorite family reunion spot!Thank you for sharing your home with us!The Wards

Having the coffee shop, parks, and lake all a short walk away was an added bonus!Definitely planning a trip back.

The turkey was cooked on the pellet grill and was fantastic. A big plus was standing by the real firewood fireplace to warm up on the chilly day. This is our second time at Emerald Bay and will visit again.

We loved the balconies with swings and rocking chairs! That was our go to spot! Traeger BBQ was a huge plus and the instructions were great to have too! The private backyard was amazing too! Our kids loved the scooters! W&D in unit was a huge plus too! The beds were very comfy! Huge plus! We were close to everything and it was so nice to be near the pool, lake, restaurants and family activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a teen girl's birthday weekend getaway! It was the perfect set up and we had the best time.

The pellet smoker provided an amazing turkey. Backyard is fenced off nicely with a firepit, lights and plenty of parking for everyone. Great home for entertaining!

We loved the front porch swings, the cute and comfy bunk room, the cozy couch and the fenced in backyard with fire it was perfect! We will ABSOLUTELY be staying there again.
