**House Rules**

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

- No parties or large gatherings

- No indoor smoking; patio smoking permitted ($500 fine for violations)

- Lock all doors and windows when leaving

- Use placemats/trivets on dining tables; avoid eating in bedrooms

- No glass in or near the pool; supervise children at all times (no pool fence)

- Hang wet towels over bar stools, not on furniture

- Trash pickup: Fridays



**Pets:** Well-behaved dogs considered on a case-by-case basis with advance approval and a monthly pet fee. Please share your dog's age, breed, and weight when inquiring.
