Carlsbad Cottage by the Beach

Perfect location, close to ocean & downtown. Will definitely stay again & would recommend to others

This place has more amenities than any other VRBO I have rented. Lots of kitchen supplies. All the beach supplies you need. Lots of room. We really enjoyed our stay there. Perfect location. Beautiful Views. Will go back again.

Perfect location!

This home was a great fit for our family. It was comfortable, well stocked, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the care put into the space.

We all loved your little house it was cozy, comfortable very welcoming. We loved the beach access sitting in on the porch listening to waves. We all had enough room no one felt crowded. We loved that we could walk into the accessibility to everything was great.

Ocean view at street level, 101 is very noisy with traffic. House could use a deep cleaning check-in and check out is very easy!! We will be back love the proximity

The house and yard were great for our stay. The kids loved running around the yard. The beach was across the street and great restaurants a short walk away. Nice fans for every room - which were needed and worked well. The only down side was one of our nights the smoke alarms went off at 10pm (unpredictable of course) It quite took awhile to resolve the issue, but managements response was quick and appreciated.

Cute bungalow style home, perfect location for beach, town, and other day trips. Location on a Main Street along the shore means traffic noise well into the night. House was well equipped for vacationing aand

Location was perfect. The house was clean and the 8 of us were very comfortable.

Great stay and location. The only thing I would suggest is to have more seating in the living room. Maybe another small couch.

Our family of 7 had a great time. This property was perfect for us. It’s our second time staying here. The kitchen was well stocked if you want to cook your own meals. There were plenty of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for going to the beach! The host Cheryl was very attentive if we had any questions.The yard was big and had plenty of sitting for everyone. There is so much to do in the Carlsbad area. You can’t go wrong with this property or the location.

Location could not be more perfect, directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. House is as described and the property manger was very responsive.

Came into town for the Carlsbad 5000Great place , short walk to the village. Had little ones with us so the property being fenced was perfect Definitely would stay again

We loved the house and loved the location even more. The bathrooms were a touch on the small side but we spent most days out and about so we hardly noticed. We could easily walk to town and would spend many mornings walking the path along the beach with the locals. Carlsbad, Cardiff, and Del Mar are much more relaxing and pleasant places to stay than San Diego. We’d definitely stay here again.

This house was in excellent condition and cleanliness. We have never rented a home with a better equipped kitchen. The fenced in yard was perfect safety and freedom for our two dogs. Easy walking access to beach and Carlsbad Village.

My family participates in the Carlsbad Half each year and this property is the perfect location, space, etc. We always enjoy our time!

Property was exactly as pictured, and perfect for a girl's trip to CA for a friends wedding. You really cant beat that location and proximity to the beach! It's also walking distance to many shops, restaurants and coffee as well.

We had a great time again.

Great location, not updated or super clean. Good if you have pets or small kids. Very responsive service, but house needs updated and deep cleaned.

This property is so warm and cozy. We enjoyed listening to the ocean every morning from the front porch. There are many restaurants to choose from and an easy walk into Carlsbad village. Cheryl was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back.

House was located across the street from Frazee beach. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and convenience store. The property had chairs, a beach umbrella, cooler, and boogie boards for guest to use. Outside of the home was a propane fire pit with adequate seating great for watching the sunset. I would book this home again for my family.
