Carefree Crest: Jaw Dropping VIEWS, Pool, 2 Casitas, Outdoor Living!

Absolutely gorgeous home! Very clean and accommodating. Tons of space and close to everything you need. Everything was comfortable and well stocked. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Check in was smooth, communication with management easy and very responsive. Minor issues that were addressed in a timely manner.

We arrived at 4:15 for our family vacation. It was cold and raining and we were unable to get into the house, no code other than 1234 was sent. Contacted the company and was assured the code was in my spam after it sometime to get back to us, finally got in. I made a copy of the email that did not contain the code. The home appeared clean but after taking off our shoes and doing a home inspection we found out it was not so , all of our socks were filthy upon further inspection there were bits of food under the one couch and a food wrapper.The movie room couch was broke and the drapes in the primary bedroom did not open due to the curtain strings were hanging down we did take pictures to document everything. Pros: The pool and pool area were beautiful and so was the deck off the breakfast nook. The grill was clean also.The primary bathroom and closet were very nice. The billard room was unique.The casitas were ok.I personally wouldn't recommend it but other people appeared to give great ratings and maybe this was just a fluke. I have never given bad rating before so I believe things do happen.

Location was as pictured and described. Beautiful home to accommodate a family get-away. Great local community with plenty of options but also easy access to Scottsdale.

The main home is beautiful and the two casitas are very nice. The house was very clean. The host was very accessible and responsive. A very good experience all around.

This property is amazing. Very clean stunning setting and wonderful pool. The pool is over 8 feet deep so it’s nice and cool on those hot summer days. We actually chose to heat it up a little bit in the middle of summer. It was just my wife and I but there’s sample room for a family of six or eight with the Casitas that are on property.More than a five star experience!

The house was amazing. The pool and the view was amazing. It's a very quiet location very private. Lots of restaurants and shops a short drive away. I would highly recommend the house

House was great. Needs a little updating but we loved having the casitas by the pool so everyone could spread out. Wonderful sunset views! jets in tub didn’t work though and handles needed attention as they were lose. They needed to provide a high chair and not charge for one since this was an expensive property. All in all we had a wonderful time.

The property does have jaw dropping views and has a lot of potential. The actual property management was not what we expected at the price point. There was minimal supplies (ie toilet paper, paper towel...), the kitchen sink tap was broken as was the sink by the bbq. The doors were very finicky to close and lock. The Casitas were very basic, and the beds had very sub par pillows, all of our guests complained of sore necks. The furniture was showing wear and tear and staining. And the pool was 150 a day to heat and extra 1000 for the week. If you are just looking for a lot of bedrooms for a group to stay this would likely work, but if you are looking for an upscale home to enjoy time all together there are just enough irritating upgrades that need to be done. The property could definitely use some attention and it has potential to be a 5 star stay. Just not what we expected and had some clear disappointments in the stay.

It was my husband's birthday and we had 3 other couples join for a weekend of mountain bike riding, dining, celebrating and just fun and relaxation. This property was close to everything and perfect for the celebration.

Great house for a family gathering. Very responsive management group. The two Casitas were basic but the main house was upscale and very comfortable with all the amenities.

This property is exactly what we were looking for for our family of eight. The hosts were very responsive and helpful if we had any questions. The pool temperature was heated to the perfect temperature for November. Safe and quiet neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at the Carefree Crest! Beautiful views, quiet location, comfortable home all made for a wonderful vacation. The management company was very responsive and a pleasure to work with; we would definitely stay here again if we are ever in this area.
