Carefree Cove | Lake Access, Boat Slip, Hot Tub

Very spacious for large families. The only concern was the hot water would frequently run out and a few people were subjected to cold showers

The house was nice and comfy.. spacious.. they coulda cleaned the deck off better wit the snow it was hard to access the jacuzzi bcuz of the ice.. one of the TVs in the bedroom had a code so we couldn’t use it at all.. and it’s hard to actually get things resolved bcuz they say they will call u bac and never do..

The basement layout was different than what is shown in the pictures. There was dog poop in the basement when we arrived, a dog bowl in the kitchen sink, and medication on the kitchen counter. The hot water ran out pretty quickly when used.

Very nice and spacious! We enjoyed the hot tub and camp fire, beds were great. Our sons and dads love the pool table. There were a lot of spider webs and spiders in the house though.

We had a wonderful vacation. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked. Plenty of activities to take advantage of both at the house and in the area. We especially loved the Rock Maze Trail. Thank you for adding to the enjoyment of our family time this summer!

A nice property!The digital lock on the front door is tricky and hard to open, and although we had no water pressure, Barry came and was wonderful to fix it!

The house was very clean and spacious. We couldn’t turn on the shower in the master bedroom and the shower in the game room had poor pressure. We didn’t get to enjoy the house very much because we were there for a baseball tournament and were mostly there to sleep, but it was very nice.

Very nice and spacious house. It was also very clean. It is close to lots of fun activities, like Wisp mountain, swimming at Deep CreeK Lake, close to boat and pontoon rentals and other water sports. Great restaurants close by. My family really enjoyed the house and the nearby activities.

The property is in a great location - right near the state park and very private. The pool table needs to be refelted and leveled. It was pretty much unusable so if that's important to you you might want to choose a different place, but kids might not care. Beds were comfortable and place was charming. Will be coming again with friends next year!

The house was clean and very spacious. Lovely property that felt nice and private. Only complaint was that the hot tub was not filled prior to our arrival, so we couldn’t use it our first night (it was still heating up). We notified the property manager and they were able to extend our check out time to give us a little more time with the hot tub. Overall great experience and the property manager was very responsive.

A great stay that could have handed a family about twice our size. Close to the state park for hiking and the small sand beach, and about 15 minutes from most other amenities.
