If you’re thinking of visiting Mallorca….stay here!!! We loved everything about this location! It was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we needed to make our 5 night stay amazing! Communication with the property managers was always easy and timely. They are top notch! Sineu is filled with beautiful shops and restaurants…all within walking distance. It’s also super close to the train, so made for an easy commute into Palma. We would rebook here in a heartbeat!!!

Fantastic spacious house and my teens loved having their own large bedroom. Lots of fun playing in the narrow but deep pool. Perfect for a few days in a picturesque and sleepy town.

We’ve been to Mallorca several times before, but never an inland destination. We weren’t disappointed! Half an hour drive from the airport; other options are the train from Palma with the station a 2 minute walk from the house. Easy to find with simple instructions from the host. He was there to meet us and answered questions that we had about eating, shopping etc. House itself is excellent. 3 big bedrooms upstairs…1 double and 2 twins. Double has en suite shower room, further bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is almost open plan kitchen, dining, living with a further shower room. Great and easy access outside to the pool area, covered eating and also relaxing area. Gas BBQ is a great addition. 5 minutes walk maximum to either the supermarket or agromart; less than that to the village square and the selection of bakeries, butcher, cafes and pubs. All in, we’d highly recommend this place and plan to return next year. Loads of decent places to eat just a short walk away. If you plan on eating at Milo D’en Pau then best make a reservation.

Just returned today from a fabulous stay. Would highly recommend for location and standard of property. Photos don’t do it justice. Very central location in town, we didn’t have a car and it was ideal. Just across from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. Makes it a great base to explore we went to Palma, Inca and Manacor. Sineu is a lovely and charming town will definitely re visit

Beautiful house in the historic town of Sineu. Everything you should need is there. Immaculately clean and decorated. Central location making it easy to get around Majorca. We had the most fantastic stay here. Host is very helpful too.

Well what can i say about this place!!! truely a special gem. The pictures and discription do not do it justice, absolutly beautiful. From the moment we booked the communication was excellent and very helpful. The house is truly stunning , much larger then expected. The facilities are top class, the pool so private and well maintained. Mercedes and Xisco really have thought of everything that you could need and if you need any help they are at the end of the phone. they even supply an easy to follow ap with all the islands best bits on it. amazing. Waking up to freashly baked goodies in the morning was a lovely touch as well. The house is palced in a great location with the best pizza restaurant on the island literally across the road, a two minute walk into the square gives you access to restaurants, ice cream parlours and gorgeous little 'real mallorca' bars. The immediate area is much cheaper for food etc. The added bonus is the train station opposite where you can go straight to palma in 40 mins, great for exploring the capital. The bay of alcudia is about a 30 minute drive from the house. We hope to be back soon and my children are missing the pool this morning!!!!”

“Overall a great town house in the lovely small town of Sineu, right in the middle of Mallorca so you're 30 mins from just about anything. The house itself is very recently renovated so it feels modern with a classic touch, will aircon throughout which helped in the 40 degree heat we had almost every day! The pool is also wonderful for cooling off - it's not massive but big enough for a family of four to splash about and the kids loved the easily accessible steps at one end. It's about 1.2m-1.6m deep. The three bedrooms were large and had plenty of storage space, with the master having an en-suite bathroom with a cosy heated floor. The beds were new and had memory foam mattress & pillows - probably 3-4* hotel level, so good enough but not sumptuous if that makes sense! As noted the train track is about 25m away from the house and trains are fairly regular day and night. We had no issues sleeping through them though (and the kids) as the bedrooms have great double glazing so you just feel a rumble every so often, although light sleepers may have trouble. The house is well appointed generally with brand new and mostly Ikea kitchen implements, only missing a few things like an ice cream scoop and scissors but we fed that back and I have no doubt that the guys will get these added, along with some larger beer glasses :) The town of Sineu is lovely with a good sized grocery store (corner shop) about 2 small streets away and plenty of restaurants to enjoy, including the fantastic pizza place just across the street which we enjoyed a couple of times! Just a small note - the house owner comes twice a week to clean the pool around 6am and they will go through the house to do so. They never woke us and it didn't bother us having someone downstairs while we slept, as it was better that they didn't have to come when we wanted to use the pool. We loved our stay and Xisco was always on hand and very responsive if we had any questionsneeds. Perfect!”

100% Satisfied!!! My wife and I have spent 1 week at the end of september at Xisco's place, and we have been more than happy. Congratulations both for the house and for the service provided! Just PERFECT & EXCELLENT! 1.THE HOUSE. Exactly like on the pics: very pleasant, great materials, a very nice outside with a cute pool (by the way, 100% private as nobody can see you), a nice kitchen with everything you need, a relaxing living room with a smart TV (Netflix, etc), working wifi, convenient bathrooms, big rooms, and what such great beds: wonderful upper-class mattress and pillows! Enjoy deep & peaceful nights! 2. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY XISCO. Perfect too: very professional, super clean house, promptly replies at anytime by emailthrough (Hidden by Airbnb) ...what else to say!?! 3.THE SURROUNDINGS. Sineu was bigger than expected, which is nice: lots of restaurants, pizzerias, and a couple of supermarkets at a walking distance. The only constraint: you are at 15meters from the local train that might wake you up horning at 7am, but that was ok...you can handle it :-). Sineu is a cute place, located at 30/50min from all the best north/east/south best beaches...just perfect to enjoy Majorca. As a rather picky tourist, I more than recommend this house: Super clean, Super comfortable, Super service. WHAT ELSE??? :-)
