Stayed Feb 7, 2023The location of the condo was great. It was close to attractions, exceptionally clean, and had a great view of the river from the living room and master bedroom. The owner and her assistant were promptly available if we needed them for anything. We would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022We booked last minute and we we’re not disappointed. This gem is located on the Intercoastal Waterway where you can see Dolphins interacting and yachts passing by. You can walk five minutes to the beach with great restaurants nearby. Historic St.Augustine is a 20 minute drive and so worth every one of those minutes! Both Alix the owner and Beth the property manager were both very accommodating and easy to deal with, though we had very little needs. The only reason we did not rate it a 5* were the dining room/kitchen chairs which we found somewhat unstable, other than that it was perfect. Highly recommended!
