We were excited to stay at this place because it had good reviews and the listing made it appear clean and worth our money. Unfortunately, reality didn't meet our expectations. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was general uncleanliness. The carpet appeared very old and dirty, and there were strong smells as we opened the door. We found fragrance packets in the cabinets, under the couches, and plugged into the walls. The fragrances were quite overwhelming. My daughter and I are extremely sensitive to mold, and after staying one night there we felt very ill. The only thing that makes us feel that way is mold in a domicile so we suspect that the fragrances were covering up a mold concern. Because of how ill we felt, we only stayed one night. We reached out to the host to request a partial refund because we only stayed 1 night of our 10 night reservation. We told them we were happy to pay half, if they would meet us in the middle. After reaching out multiple times over the course of weeks, they finally informed us that they were unwilling to work with us and would not issue any refund. Overall, we were disappointed with the uncleanliness, that reality didn't meet the listing description, the health concerns, and the poor communication from the host. The host is some sort of venture capitalist company (iTrip) that cares more about nickel and diming for their bottom line than taking care of their customers.

Perfect home for our entire family to enjoy while in town for a memorial service. Minimal cleaning requirements prior to checkout made it super convenient for making our early morning flights. Host was very responsive to all communication.

The central heat was inadequate to warm the bedrooms (the windows were drafty) but iTrip responded promptly and delivered two space heaters the next day.The house is spacious and it was great to have a separate basement bedroom/game room areas for the kids. The kitchen was small but well equipped and we found almost everything we needed (bring your own zip lock bags/ foil / food storage and enough dishwasher pods if you're cooking a lot). Lots of plates and glasses were available for family dinners. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the beds were comfortable and we had the best sleep we've had in ages. The backyard is a beautiful view of forested hills, and there was a little creek running at the bottom of the little hill just below the decks (in December). Overall it was a great gathering place for extended family in the area, and I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The house had multiple industrial type airfresheners. My Mom had an allergic reaction and we had to go get additional medication so she could stay there. . I think the airfresheners were placed to cover the smell of mold. There was a water stain on the ceiling that contributed to the smell of mold. All game items in garage were broken. Railings on deck are a hazard. I couldn't let my grand children play outside. I am not posting this public yet. I honesty think a refund is in order. This was the worst VRBO i have ever stayed at. This house was a place we stayed to celebrate my sons wedding. When we tried to have dinner at the table, it rocked back and forth snd was not stable. This house is dangerous. I will post this public with pictures. I am so embarrassed that i rented this venue. The air fresheners are in the deck outside. Terrible. Embarrassing in front of family from across the US. I am sad i could not provide them with a comfortable clean house.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Nice for walking. The house is exactly as advertised. The beds are comfortable. All the games available were perfect entertainment for our group. Close to Hwy 205 made it easy for everyone to get around Portland. The kitchen is well stocked with all items needed to cook meals. If you have need of a place for a large group- highly recommend!! Well had 13 people and were comfortable.

This is a great property for a group or family stay. Two huge rec rooms downstairs (with additional sleeping options.) Garage is a delightful game room, too. Fully equipped kitchen (with complementary coffee, thank you!) Large decks with plenty of seating. Living area comfortably held 8 adults to visit and chat. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, no stairs, which was a bonus for some of our elderly knees. Quiet and safe neighborhood, within minutes of stores and restaurants. And only 20 minutes to Portland proper. Highly recommend for groups/multi-family vacations.

We were all happy for the most part with our stay, the only issues were the cleanliness of the property, there were allot of beer can that had been thrown off the side of the balcony and had not been cleaned up by a previous guest, there was allot of hair in the downstairs bathroom trash can that had not gotten taken out. Other then those issues it was a great time

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed with our boys, their wives and my parents. It was perfect having 3 rooms on the ground level for the older folks and 3 rooms on the lower level with the pool table and separate family room. 4 rooms with king beds was great and really sold us on this home. There were a few ants in the kitchen but they had spray in the cabinet and it wasn’t a big deal. We made sure that we wiped down all the countertops when we were done for the night and took the trash out. That being said we really did love the place, it was private and we would rent it again.

We had family come from 5 different states for a wedding & a mini family Christmas. The space was more than adequate and the amenities were perfect. There were 9 adults and 6 kids from the ages of 5 months to 13 years old and everyone found something fun. Whether it was the chill space in the garage, the pool table or game room in the basement. The 6 bedrooms fit all of quite nicely. The communication was great with check in and check out.

We loved the area and especially the home. It was so welcoming. My kids and parents (70+) thought they were in a dream. The game room was perfect for family night, movie night and I even taught the little ones how to play billiards. The kitchen was has everything for cooking whatevere wanted to make. Breakfast eggs, sausage, pancakes to dinner spaghetti n meatballs we even baked some brownies. Overall great experience and we’re looking forward to using the home on our next visit to Portland.

The house worked well and was very nice for a group of 10. With that said, it showed a ton of issues that clearly were problems with upkeep. A noncomplete list: the grill bottom was burned out and immediately enflamed and dropped flames onto the deck, the cold water to the sink was turned off, there was a leak under the fridge leading to a leaking ceiling in the basement, the foosball table was breaking and unusable, a dead tree fell while we were there and almost hit the deck, one of the beds that was supposed to be a queen was actually just another full bed, several chairs were breaking, the games were missing pieces. Overall the house was fine and we had fun, but it wasn't worth the price and/or should have had repairs done before having more people stay.
