Captiva - Pool Home - Footsteps to Beach and Bay. 3rd property from beach.

The house is very nice. There were some dirty dishes in the cupboard when we got there. The kitchen needed some large serving bowls and more pots and pans. But we loved the pool and the location!

Stay was wonderful and relaxing. The house was very inviting and close to everything. We spent two weeks there and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This is a gem of a property on Captiva. Since you walk a half block on the road it make the beach super close. The house is very spacious with lots of deck space. Has a great kitchen table that seats 8. The owner sent a nice welcome letter and had a property manager onsite.

Wonderful vacation destination and a perfect house for our group So close to the beach, fabulous pool, and enough places to eat and drink within walking distance. Owner was so easy to communicate with. We’d love to go back.

Our host and the house was perfect for our meetings and our family. Great location for the beach and our favorite restaurant The Green Flash. We will be booking the same house for next year.

This house was perfect for our family holiday trip. Lots of space, beach close by, well equipped kitchen and a perfect pool!! Loved it!!

We really enjoyed the property! It was convenient to the Gulf as well as the marina for fishing. We could walk to the shops and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets from the rooftop!

House had plenty of space for our group of 9. Great location and pool was a big plus.

This house was perfect for our vacation. Plenty of room, well appointed, and great location. The property was well cared for, inside and out. The pool was a great place to hang out after spending the day at the beach, which is a very short walk down the street. The beach cart and chairs were also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

I brought my adult kids and sister with me for a perfect week! House was heaven (really); great beds, wonderful pool, super lanai. couldn’t have asked for more. Wagon provided helped us schlep stuff to the beach, which was steps away. excellent all the way around.

Blue Heaven was just perfect for our family vacation. You will find everything you need in this lovely home steps from the beach. A morning walk to Starbucks followed by a perfect day at the beach then afternoons by the pool while our two infant granddaughters napped. The rooftop deck and enclosed patio were perfect spots to enjoy a drink at night. We walked to the green flash to watch sunrise over the bay most mornings literally steps away and to the beach for sunset every night. Having our pup with us was the cherry on top! We couldn’t ask for more!

It was great! Teenagers lived by the pool and the proximity to beach and Captiva stores was so nice!

Property was excellent, deck on top a huge plus!, property was exactly what was portrayed. Pluses were the beautiful pool a deck up top. Outdoor/pool space beautiful, generous rooms and baths. Cons: just off the main road and trucks start rolling early. LR couch could use a good clean or couch cushion coversWe had a week during the “polar vortex” so too cool to swim or do anything but walk the beach. Used heat, not A/C all week. Still had fun

Five bedrooms with direct access to 4 bathrooms for 6 adults an 4 yo and a 1 yo baby was perfect for our 3 Gen family Christmas gathering. The basement with a huge King bedroom connected through a shared bath was perfect for the baby and parents. The 3 bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the 4 yo and the remaining 4 adults. The private pool was a huge hit. Very nice place adjacent to all that is in Captiva proper
