Very relaxing enough for everyone to find something to do

We had an awesome stay at this property and couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our bachelor party. The house is amazing—plenty of space, very clean, and had everything we needed for a great weekend.One thing to keep in mind for larger groups: there are about 11–12 beds, which worked fine for us, but if you’ve got a group of guys who aren’t exactly interested in sharing beds, it’s something to plan around. That said, we made it work without any issues.Overall, this place exceeded expectations. It’s clear the owners take great care of the property, and it really shows. We’ve already recommended it to friends—one group has even booked after our referral—and we’ll definitely be back ourselves.Highly recommend!.

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Caps. Ron’s! This house was by far our favorite of the many, many places we’ve booked in the past. Every amenity was perfect, from the 2 game rooms, heated pool, hot tub, to even relaxation in the master spa-like bathroom. Every possible need and luxury was thought out by the owner. The lake was soo peaceful and we were lucky enough to catch quite a few fish off the pier. The pool was great and our kids got plenty of use out of it.Anthony was great and responded whenever we had questions and was very helpful. We would definitely come back! We treated it like our own, and I wanted to vacuum before we left, but it was the only thing I could not find, so I apologize. The only issue we had was with the dumpster. After getting the padlock off, the lever would not budge. 2 other people tried to help me without luck. I managed to get it open by returning with a tack-hammer to dislodge it. We made several trips after that with no issues.Thank you Anthony, for a marvelous stay!

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful. Even though it got cold, the games and hot tub kept my family entertained. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a great house - the amenities are very thoughtful, everything you need to have an amazing stay is here. We all loved the game room, it's perfect for keeping kids off their phones.

House was very spacious and had plenty of games to play. Hot tub was perfect to relax in. We really enjoyed the kayaks as well, the owner definitely thought of everything!

The heated pool was amazing and plenty of space for everyone.

This house was amazing for our girls weekend! We’ve been to a lot of houses at the lake and we all agreed that this was the cleanest house we’ve been to. Also loved that we were able to pull our cars up and walk right in. We were there in February so didn’t use the pool, but the outdoor seating is so nice and there’s plenty of it. There were a lot of bunk rooms and that is the only down fall for us. However, they were comfortable and great for families. The kitchen is well stocked and they had EVERYTHING! All the games and sound system were so much fun! I would love to come again in the summer to use the pool and dock.

The place was AMAZING! The host was attentive if we needed them, left us alone when we didn’t! Had basically EVERYTHING! We basically got snowed in and it was the LIFE lol. Don’t really NEED for anything! Thank you so much for allowing my fam to enjoy and sorry my kiddos are a lot! we greatly appreciate you sharing your place for us to enjoy!

Everything was great. Comfy beds. Lots of fun activities for the kids. Too cold to heat the pool, unfortunately, but the hot tub was great. We loved it!

Host was very welcoming. The amenities were great! So much to do in the house. We had an amazing weekend and so much fun with all the games in the house. Great location and beautiful lake setting, really enjoyed all the outdoor furniture.

The reviews don't lie! Family trip, couples trip, or any event with bigger group, this is the place to stay! We didn't have to leave house, because so much to do there. Has everything you need and very clean. Grocery store and Dollar General 5 minutes away too. Will definitely be back next year.

This stay was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Plenty of sleeping space, entertainment and the kitchen had everything we could want to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal. Our ages ranged from 75 down to 7. No one was disappointed. Highly recommend! A highlight was the master suite shower which we fondly renamed as “the human car wash.”

This was an amazing stay. The kids loved the downstairs bedroom. The game rooms are great for adults and kids. The hot tub spectacular and the master bedroom is my dream room. Ty for making our thanksgiving amazing with such a great place in the middle of US we are planning to return in the summer. Ps theres a friendly racoon

Host replied very quickly to any questions that I had. The amenities were wonderful. We enjoyed the spacious layout, the numerous entertainment options, and the view was fabulous. We had a fantastic time and definitely would recommend this vacation rental.

Broken hot tub was a bummer and there was a light dangling from the ceiling when I got there but other than that it was a beautiful home and beautiful stay we all enjoyed it so much and would totally go again!

Great place.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless and had so much to offer — we especially loved the pool, game room, and all the outdoor space. The beds were the comfiest beds we've ever had at a vacation rental. We rented the boat they had to offer. Made everything SO EASY. They delivered it prior to rental. Beautiful 26' Bennington. Then they pick it back up so we never had to take the time to mess with any of it. The host was a very responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon! 10 PLUS STARS

Great house! We enjoyed the game room and the patio area. The dock is amazing! Comfortable beds. Very well-stocked kitchens. Great location.

Wonderful house with well chosen amenities. Would highly recommend. My husband and I stayed here, would have love to rent with a larger group, for there are so many games to enjoy with friends and family. Only disappointment was with the hot tub. Couldn’t seem to get that working, but other than that, fantastic.

Our weather wasn't the best this week, but there was no shortage of things to do in the house. The game rooms were great. Anthony was a great communicator. Will look into renting one of Anthony's houses again.

Super nice location. Great house setup for fun in the sun and the rain. House is well equipped for a rainy day indoors if you run into that. Comfortable and nicely tucked away in Sunrise Beach.

Above and beyond my expectations! This host did an amazing job of creating the perfect get away for families. From the on trend design and updates, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, all the entertainment of arcade style games, to the private pool and boat/swim dock, it’s literally the perfect place. Captain Ron’s is within walking distance and had great food and service, we had breakfast every day at the Stewart’s in Greenview , it was a 5 min drive, not as crowded as the one at the strip. The beds were comfortable , everything was clean. We went with just 4 people, but this house is set up to host a large family.

This house has it all, from the moment our group got there we were all amazed with the Accommodations, the contact with the owner, and how well put together the house is. From loads of parking down to the dock there is so much to do and enjoyed everyday spent at this house. We will definitely be coming back.

The house was impeccably clean. All the bedding was spectacular. The two kitchens, all the bathrooms were excelllent. The pool was the main source of entertainment. The tvs and entertainment centers were excellent. We had ping pong tounaments every night. I could go on !!! Excellent place

We had a family lake trip and had a blast. The house was very comfortable and all of the outdoor amenities were wonderful. Anthony was very responsive and helpful to our questions.

This house and dock is everything you can ask for! Anthony has literally thought of EVERYTHING! Well stocked house! You could literally show with only your clothes and groceries and be fine for a week! We will definitely be back next year!

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our group. The location was ideal — just minutes from Captain Ron’s (by land or water) and Chicks N Dixs by land. There was plenty to do in the area, and having a dock on-site made it super convenient since we rented a boat.Anthony was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. When the pool heater wasn’t working, he first tried to step me through then called in a repairman — even over the weekend — and took care of everything quickly. He also waived the pool heating fee due to the inconvenience, which we really appreciated.We had a few small issues with the boat rental, but again, Anthony was always reachable and helpful. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here! The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was the goose poop at the dock however our group decided to not spend anytime time down there and enjoyed the deck and pool area instead.

We had a great time. The house was very clean and in a nice location. We are glad one of the neighbors yelled at the kids to not jump off the platform at the deck because the water was not deep enough..they did use the rope and kayaks though.

Overall impressed. The heated pool did not work but communication with the property manager about it was exceptional. Online listing said there was a black stone griddle for outdoor cooking which we planned a big breakfast around that and there wasn’t one. There were bigger skillets so we managed. This property is an exceptional place to stay in a quiet neighborhood with more amenities than one knows what to do with. With 16 teens, there was plenty to do. From games to enough towels for 3 days there was enough to get us through the entire stay. Full size shampoo and conditioner in each shower, enough trash bags for a large group to quality towels, comfortable beds and Avery clean environment this house is perfect. I’d stay again and again. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Our family wanted to do a get together before 3 get married this year! I have to say been coming to the Ozark’s for 15 years and have to say captain Ron’s place was the best we have had, everything described was so accurate comfy beds plenty of room activities for all ages. We will definitely be coming back again thanks helping us make great memories.

The communication with the property owner was amazing. He was very thorough and quick to respond. The house was amazing and just as described. Tons of outdoor activities, the game room was amazing, and the house was well kept, and newly renovated. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

My friends always do an anuual boys trip in the spring and we could not have been happier with the house. Beautiful house with a lot of things to do inside and outside. Can't recommend this house any more as Anthony only wants you to have a great time and is realy understanding and Nice. Best property owner that I have had a pleasure to stay at thier property.

Great spot for a quick getaway or extended stay. Everything was great.

It was amazing. We had plenty of space and we were so comfortable. From the living room, beds, and patio furnishings it was plush and comfy. Both kitchens are well stocked and there are plenty of extra blankets, towels, and pillows. The deck and patio are perfect to get plenty of sun and the sound system makes outside time fun and enjoyable. Dont even get me started on the master bath. I will be back!

This place is amazing! Great location and the views were gorgeous! We had such a relaxing, fun time and created beautiful memories with family. Captain Ron’s House had absolutely everything we needed and more. There are so many options for keeping the kids entertained! If you have a group of family or friends going to the lake, this is where you should stay. We would love to stay here again.

This place was Amazing for the Super Bowl ! Sonos speaker everywhere you go in the house. Very clean and everything supplied for you. Plenty of patio space to hold big groups and the hot tub to with. There is literally a big TV everywhere you are in the house, so perfect especially for the Super Bowl and other big games. Anthony is the perfect host and makes sure your expectations are fully met.

We had a perfect weekend at Captain Ron's house. Our family enjoyed the dock for fishing and hot tub for a relaxing dip. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with everything you could want. We played darts, Golden Tee, and the kids loved the Infinity Table. Check in and check out procedures were easy. Overall an awesome weekend for all. We will definitely be back!!

This house was awesome! It was super clean! The remodel done was beautiful with so much attention to details! Everyone loved the game room and infinity game table! Anthony was super nice and easy to get ahold of and communicate with! I would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay…very well equipped with quality appliances and and everything you need to make meals..along with plenty of storage for leftovers!! ALL the beds were super comfy and super soft linens…all the towels you need…we came for new years but would highly encourage anyone to stay for summer…I bet this area has TONS going on during the summer…if your looking for the perfect lazy way to relax during the winter…this is the way!!! This house is SOUND OROOF!! Take a nap whenever you want anywhere in this house really…so fabulous!
