Beautiful home, well appointed, with relaxing vibes! Our family of 9 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the outdoors or relax inside. Loved the view, bedrooms, back deck, and kitchen. Hot tub was enjoyed, fire pit looked great, we just didn’t get a chance to use it. Negatives- although there are plenty of fees with vacation rentals, this one doesn’t have a cleaning fee, so the downside is having to do a pretty long list of chores at the end of your vacation- not our favorite thing to do, we’d rather a cleaning fee so we could relax to the last moment! It was a beautiful home and we’re sure you’d enjoy your time there!

This property was beautiful and the host was friendly and responsive. This trip was definitely 5 stars and we have found our new annual house for beach weekend!! Highly recommend!!!

What a wonderful property in an incredible location! Our family fell in love with Captain Arnold from the moment we arrived. Everything is very high quality, perfectly clean and has that cozy feel. It is even better than in the pictures. Just perfect for us and we will definitely be back!

Plenty of room for everyone, great beach access, easy check in. Enjoyed the spa and the fire pit as well! Wish we had more time to enjoy everything. We will be back, thank you!

We loved our time here with our adult children & their spouses! 5 bedrooms with king or queen beds. Updated bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Loved the deck, hot tub with ocean view, and the fire pit. Close to Waldport, Newport and Yachats. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was so lovely and exactly as described. The kitchen was extremely well stocked except for forks. The two dishwashers helped. The view was incredible and better than even imagined with the big windows. We only had two complaints about the house - the upstairs south shower doesn't drain and there are several window screens need to be fixed. Loved the house and would stay there again anytime.

Captain Arnolds did not disappoint. Spectacular home in a beautiful setting. Close enough to the sights and attractions but remote enough to have solitude. There were eight of us, four from California and four from Washington State...kind of like a family reunion....aunts and nephew's family. We ranged from 21 to 74 years of age and had a great time over the four-day period. We enjoyed the amenities such as the hot tub, the ping-pong table and the jigsaw puzzles. The kitchen is huge and well stocked...we particularly appreciated the stock of condiments and spices, since a grocery store is not exactly close-by. The property manager was quick to respond to issues that we reported...minor repairs that were handled the same day. Would we come again? In a heartbeat.

We literally had zero issues. Best house our large family has stayed at ever and we come at least annually for the last 10 years. Already booked next years trip here again!

Nice home that will accomodate many, with good access to the beach. Hope to be back to this home again, adding it to our revolving collection of getaways.
