Although we don`t have a pool on-site, your stay includes complimentary access to the nearby Swim Club, a stylish outdoor pool and restaurant! Enjoy a relaxing day by the pool or dine at the restaurant by simply mentioning you`re with Austin Vacay and providing your reservation details. This home is newly renovated and designed, this 3 story penthouse with a private elevator is the perfect launching pad for your Austin adventure! Its downtown location means that you`re close to everything. Walk to the UT Football stadium or even the Texas Capitol! It`s recently remodeled with an incredible view of downtown and the Texas Capitol building from the open living and dining area as well as most of the bedrooms.

Work from home or keep everyone entertained with high speed wifi and large smart TV in the living room and two of the second floor bedrooms. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more! This 4,000+ square foot home is extremely spacious and luxurious. We have two dedicated parking spaces in the driveway. We also have a Tesla EV charger near the driveway parking space that is available for your use.

When you first arrive, there is a guest entrance with comfortable seating that will welcome you to Austin! Make your way upstairs to see the massive dining room and kitchen that is actually fit for the entire group! We made sure that every single person in your group would have a seat at the massive 17 foot single slab pecan table with 18 chairs!! Not to mention the fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge that has everything you should need to cook an unforgettable meal.

The second floor is large and holds the living room, kitchen, dining room, two full bathrooms and three king bedrooms. All spacious and all with places to hang up your clothes. Two of these bedrooms also have smart TVs to keep you entertained.

Make your way to the upstairs space and find two large bedrooms, one with two king beds and the other with two queens. We also have two unique twin nooks upstairs which are such cool spaces to be! The double king room has plenty of space for sleeping and entertaining. Enjoy the breakfast nook and even a sitting and office space. This is such a great room with an even better view! Then in the queen bedroom, the views don`t quit! Along with the two queens there is a comfortable lounge with an unforgettable view that we know you will absolutely love.

The bedrooms as well as the living and dining area have brand new blinds for your comfort! The bedrooms have light blocking roller blinds that are super easy to use. Then in the living room and dining room, we have power blinds that you can easily control with a remote. So nice to have. Oh! We also included sound machines in every room for added comfort.

In our ongoing effort to offer convenience and comfort to families, our spacious rental is equipped with essential amenities for our youngest guests. We understand that traveling with little ones requires a lot of gear, which is why we`ve provided a high-quality pack and play, as well as a secure high chair to make meal times a breeze. Parents can enjoy a lighter load and a more peaceful stay, knowing that we`ve got the small details covered, helping to make our Austin retreat your family`s home away from home.

Regarding the ongoing I-35 expansion project: Our home’s fantastic, central location is right off I-35, which is currently undergoing a significant renovation of the highway. While the convenience is unbeatable for getting around Austin, this construction may occasionally result in some construction noise and shifts in street parking or traffic flow. During the construction project, the city may temporarily block portions of the street in front of our property. This will not impact your ability to access the property or park in the driveway, but if parking on the street you may have to park a bit further down the road. These closures and construction work may vary day to day depending on the type of work that`s needed.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).

    Really terrific place for our extended family to gather during the holidays. The highlight is the extra large dining room table. We could place our annual 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle set-up on one end and still have enough room for all of us to eat for meals. The entire place was immaculate and had all the amenities you could ask for. The bathrooms all even had bidet toilets! While there is not much around in the immediate neighborhood, it is only a short Lyft ride to 6th Street or other parts of town. Highly recommend!

    Our family had a great time at this home. It was spacious and clean. We loved the large common areas. The only thing is if you're a light sleeper, the highway/traffic noise will be an issue. It was fine for most of our group!
