A 3-story Capitol Hill townhouse on Summit Ave E with a private rooftop deck and panoramic views of the Space Needle and Seattle city skyline — verified by guests who've watched the city light up from up there. Three bedrooms, five beds, central AC, and a 96 Walk Score location that puts Seattle's best dining, bars, and coffee within a 5-minute walk.

This is one of the most walkable addresses in Seattle. Cal Anderson Park is 4 minutes away. Capitol Hill Light Rail connects you toPike Place in 4 minutes by train, the Space Needle in 10, and SeaTac in 20. The Pike-Pine dining and nightlife corridor is at your door. You won't need a car for most of your stay — and when you do, a street parking permit is included.

THE HOME

Three floors of thoughtfully designed space with skylights, sleek modern interiors, and hotel-grade Simmons Beautyrest mattresses throughout. The rooftop deck on the third floor is the centerpiece — furnished, open-sky, and framing one of Seattle's most photographed views. A fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and central AC make this as functional as it is well-located.

Bedroom 1: Two doubles in trundle configuration, shared bathroom (1st floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, private (1st floor)
Bedroom 3/Master: Two doubles in trundle configuration, en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet (3rd floor), rooftop deck access

Note: Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have a trundle pull-out setup — two double beds per room that can be configured for different sleeping arrangements. Queen air mattress available on request for groups over 8.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Capitol Hill is consistently ranked Seattle's best neighborhood for dining and nightlife — and from Summit Ave E, you're in the middle of it. Cal Anderson Park is a 4-minute walk for morning runs and afternoon picnics. The Pike-Pine corridor has everything from Kedai Makan and Optimism Brewery to Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Rhein Haus. Unicorn and the Garage handle late nights.

Capitol Hill Light Rail (10 min walk) puts the rest of the city within reach without a car — downtown in 4 minutes, SeaTac in 20, Amazon Spheres and South Lake Union in 8.

Gorgeous home! 3 flights of stairs weren’t ideal for my aunt, but we made it work. There is only permit required on street parking, but wasn’t a big deal after 8pm.

Property has potential to be great and very well could be. House was dirty, needing a complete through cleaning, bedding was dirty, mattress was stained. Hopefully they clean it up better for next visitors.

Overall this property is perfect for larger groups of friends and/or family. It’s a 5 min walk to amazing coffee shop and 5-10 min walk to other convenient venues. Walkable from Space Needle and Pikes Market but there are hills! Home is updated and modern. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and modern. Washer/dryer in unit and AC in one bedroom and the living room/kitchen area. The rooftop is amazing, especially for sunsets. The owners are super helpful and reachable.

This was the perfect spot for a group wanting to explore seattle. Don’t forget the Lime pass. Saves a lot of money compared to paying minute by minute
