This townhouse is one block away from restaurants, grocery, bars, bus line, etc. 8 minutes walk from Capitol Hill light rail station.

First floor is kitchen and living area. NO bathroom on the first floor.
Second floor bedroom has good sunshine facing some kind of tree view; has a full bath.
Third floor bedroom has a big deck, and a full bath.
Roof deck provide a place to relax and grill.
Convenient location, of course, at 10th Ave and Mercer Street (10th Ave is one block from busy Broadway street with restaurants, bars, QFC), but very quite too. This unit E is the corner unit, so it's even quieter.
It includes everything for short term stay, or long term stay.
Welcome for longer stay for over a week, or over 1 month, or several months. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
The pictures were accurate of the location. Communication and flexibility with Property Manager were excellent - very responsive.
Great location. Walking to coffee, restaurants and groceries. Very basic set up. Pictures are accurate. Easy to get Ubers if not bringing car. Parking lot if you have a car.
This townhome worked well for our visit to Seattle. It’s a bright and modern unit, close to bars, restaurants and a good grocery store on Broadway, yet tucked away on a quiet street. The host was quick to respond and very helpful. Furnishings are comfortable, but pretty basic.
We enjoyed our time here with the location to most things for our trip within walking distance and parking!
