Capitol Hill Gem, Sleeps 6, Steps to Metro, Free Parking

Kristina’s home was perfect for our family. We loved the upgrades especially having a tv in every bedroom. That was great. The full refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser was also a bonus and something we really liked. Clean clean clean. That’s so important and this home exceeded our expectations. Nice rental property. Close enough for us to ride share to the football game's we were in town for. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels and wash clothes provided. The street parking was no problem over our weekend stay.Will definitely use this location again when in the area.

This property was perfect for our short stay in Washington DC. The neighbors next door were out pretty late on the sidewalk outside our unit for Sunday night but with the air conditioning on in the unit you really couldn't hear them. Everything else was good. Check in was easy, the owners were available for questions. Would recommend this unit and would stay again. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly convenient for getting around the city. Having two King beds was such a treat—so comfortable and perfect for couples or families traveling together. Parking was super easy, which made a big difference, and being so close to the Metro made sightseeing a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The house was spacious and updated. The neighborhood was quiet. There aren't many stores or restaurants within walking distance but parking right out front was easy. Kitchen was stocked with gadgets like a blender and crockpot. The main floor had enough space for us to socialize, upstairs had 2 larger bedrooms and one smaller one. Definitly enough space for 3 couples. Super close to public transit and a quick walk to the festival grounds. We would stay again!

The house did have charm because it was old, and it is close to a metro stop that made getting around pretty convenient. Parking pass was a bit of a pain, and checking in was a little frustrating which I think was overall due to the VRBO app but meant my family was getting eaten up by mosquitoes on the porch as I was being warned and warned again about using VRBO. The beds were decent, the towels great quality. Not the worst place we have stayed, not the best. I think upkeep could be better.

The property had many misstatements: 1. Number of bathrooms - 3 bathrooms were listed initially, while there are 2 1/2 bathrooms. That was the ONLY reason we booked the property. The listing was revised since. 2. The location was advertised as highly coveted row houses. The house and location are far from being such. It looked like Title 9 property to me. 3. Two bedrooms have AC window units, one of which was leaking and making loud and annoying sounds 4. The bed in one of the bedrooms is squeezed in between the walls. No access to the bed from the sides. 5. The bedding, SHEETS including, is made of 100% polyester, which I have never encountered in my entire life and experience renting houses. 6. The owner promised $100 discount - in writing - but never followed thru. Please do NOT believe the owner.

Nice property, very responsive and helpful host

Older home. Kitchen very updated as well as the bathrooms. Steep stairs if you are not prepared for that. Not very near shops and restaurants. Short Uber ride to the Mall and Capitol.

We enjoyed staying in this house,had a fun time with our family.

Hurricane Debby rained on the parade; didn't do much and there wasn't any games available on site. Would go back. Location goidwaclovlose clise
