Capitol Hill Gem: Prime Locale

Attractive and immaculately clean home in a prime location. Great for a group of six. There's a variety of good restaurants nearby. Owner was easy to communicate with and helpful. Permit for on-steeet parking for one vehicle provided. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in a really nice location close to metro stops, restaurants, and parks. 20 minute walk to the capitol. Would recommend this place. great for families with 4 different beds.

I rented this place for my birthday weekend with a couple of girlfriends to hang out in the city for the weekend. The property is beautiful. It’s spacious. It’s elegant and the master bedroom/bathroom is to die for I would 100% stay here again. Catherine was a great host even when we had a last-minute change with bringing a car. Five stars well earned.

Really lovely stay for a group of 6 adult friends visiting for the weekend!! Super close to Eastern Market, bike shares, metro. Light darkening curtains and white noise machines helped us sleep well on queen and king beds; would recommend higher quality sheets/bedding for the comfort of future guests!! We all took turns soaking in the incredible tub — bring your own bubble baths/epsom salts. Kitchen had plenty of dishware if you are eating out/doing simple fare; not really equipped for more serious cooks, you’ll need to bring your own spices/oils etc. Check in and check out were a seamless experience, and communication with host was clear and prompt. All areas of house were spotless as well. Thank you so much for hosting!!!!

The property was beautiful, convenient and had everything we needed for a weekend stay in DC. All of the girls on our trip couldn't say enough about the home. We loved the furniture, colors, layout of the home, and even the gorgeous wallpaper. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time there. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were pristine. There was plenty of relaxing space for 6 guests. The area was very convenient to restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. Walkable to Metro stop. Uber arrived in minutes and trips to anywhere in city were 10-30. We would definitely recommend this lovely VRBO.
