A 4-story Capitol Hill townhouse on Summit Ave E with a private rooftop deck and Space Needle views — confirmed by over 50 guests who've made their way up there. Three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, floating stairs, and a private ground-floor patio for morning coffee. Two outdoor spaces — rooftop above, patio below — which is genuinely unusual for a Capitol Hill townhouse.

Capitol Hill Light Rail is a 10-minute walk — downtown Seattle in 4 minutes bytrain, Pike Place in 5, SeaTac in 20. The bus stop on E Olive Way & Summit Ave E is a 1-minute walk and connects directly to the station. A 96 Walk Score and Cal Anderson Park 8 minutes on foot means you can do most of your Seattle stay without ever getting in a car.

THE HOME

Four floors of open-concept modern design — floating stairs, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a rooftop deck at the top with Space Needle views. Every bedroom has its own bathroom — 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths total, more bathrooms than bedrooms — which is rare even in premium Capitol Hill townhouses and means no scheduling or sharing for any guest.

1st floor: Bedroom 1 (two queen beds), bathroom with shower, private patio access

2nd floor: Bedroom 2 (queen bed, closet), full bathroom with shower

3rd floor: Living room, kitchen, dining area (foldable table, seats up to 6), half bathroom with washer/dryer

4th floor: Bedroom 3/master (queen bed), full bathroom with tub, rooftop deck access

Note: Stairs required throughout — 3 flights between ground and rooftop. Not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations. Compact garage parking available behind the home — street parking on Summit Ave E is recommended and typically easy to find. Queen air mattress available on request for groups over 8.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Capitol Hill is consistently rated Seattle's best neighborhood for dining, nightlife, and walkability — and Summit Ave E is one of its quietest residential blocks, giving you the energy of the neighborhood without the noise. Cal Anderson Park is 8 minutes on foot. The Pike-Pine dining corridor has everything from Kedai Makan and Optimism Brewery to Starbucks Reserve Roastery and Rhein Haus. Unicorn and the Garage handle late nights. Kerry Park and Gas Works Park are short rideshares for skyline photos.

Excellent property! It had everything our family of 5 needed and we could walk most places. My only complaint is that the living room floor and master (upstairs) were quite warm during the day. The master took a significant amount of time to cool down at night. It was cool outside and we had the windows open, fans set up and portable AC on, but it took hours to cool down the master when the temperatures were in the 80’s outside.

It was a great and trendy place. Would not recommend if you have an aversion to stairs. You can see the Space Needle from 3 out of the 4 stories. Clean place.

Overall this is a great property! There is a small garage but we were able to park a minivan by leaving the garage door open. The house is on 4 floors so there are a lot of steps. The beds were very comfortable, the house is well stocked and there are plenty of bathrooms. The biggest issue is the noise the floors make when walking around.
