CapHill 3B3B, Needle View, A/C & Free Parking

The property was great and we had a wonderful time. We loved the view and we communicated well with the owner. I would like to make a suggestion, to add a mirror in each room. Where as this was a girls trip, it was hard to get ready with no mirrors in the room!

We had a very nice stay. The unit was clean and though there are lots of stairs, it served our needs as each couple (3 couples) basically had their own floor to sleep. The LR/Kitchen floor was small but served our needs as we dined out. It was close to downtown and there were places to eat nearby. Unless you have physical restrictions, this location was great. One item of note is the bedrooms do not have televisions, we like a little noise, but was not an issue. The owners communicated with me and responded quickly. They were very courteous and cooperative. This was a very good experience.

The perfect Girls Trip location. It was so easy to get from the airport to the house via the Sound Transit. Great way to see the area and avoid the traffic. The restaurants and markets to fill you tummies and stock the fridge are all within a few blocks. The house was immaculate and we thank you for the snacks and sparkling water. We loved having our own floors and took turns enjoying the hanging chair in the communal space. Our host was super responsive and checked in daily to ensure we were enjoying our stay. When you book, make sure you walk to Glo's restaurant for breakfast. This place was awesome offering a homestyle coffee cake that was by far, one of the best I have ever had. This property did not disappoint and we look forward to a return visit.

Excellent location. Designated parking was great. Walking distance to Capitol Hill. House was clean and had enough towels!

Very spacious for group and nice privacy for all with bedrooms on separate floors. Plus deck is nice although limited usage for us because of weather. Hosts very easy to communicate with and having parking space almost critical on Capitol Hill if you have car which we did.

Annie is a wonderful host. She is easy t reach and responsive. The kitchen is well equipped, she had coffee, tea, sparkling water and even granola bars. Quality toilet paper and paper towels. The parking spot was convenient too. This is our 2nd year staying at Annie’s place and we will be back.

A wonderful place to stay while exploring Seattle and the surrounding area!

Great location

We had three couples and had a wonderful base to stay while we toured Seattle! This was a secure property, comfortable stay, and very responsive host!

The stay was so awesome. The only thing that was a bummer is that the filter on the fridge needs to be changed. Everything else was great.

I would stay again! Great communication! Kindness galore! Super place!Lots of stairs, but we are all young and active. No troubles. Thank you to the hosts!!!!!

We were five guests, 70. I guess we would think twice about staying in a five story house again. The condo was very clean and bright. Quiet, too. We would suggest putting grab bars in the showers. Suggest availability of non-glass drinkware when up on the rooftop. Pretty edgy neighborhood.

We travelled to Seattle for a family event. This location and space were perfect for what we needed. The host is very communicative and helpful. Just know there are a lot of stairs in this unit. Loved the location. Very clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay. It was close to the rail and plenty of restaurants nearby. We had plenty of privacy and really enjoyed our stay here.

Great stay in the perfect spot. 4 friends attended a conference at the convention center. This was the perfect layout with individual bathrooms and bedrooms. Host was responsive and communicated clearly. Thanks Annie!!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has everything you need, and more. Especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea selections, sugar creamer, hot water. Top notch appliances. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the skyline and space needle. Host was prompt to reply. Very comfortable stay and comes with a parking spot too. Would stay again.
