Stayed Aug 15, 2025It was the first time to St. Charles and we had a great time. The property was fantastic. Very clean and charming. It was perfect for a weekend. The check-in process was a little complicated as we didn't get our check in information until an hour before we arrived. But everything else was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Cape Utopia was amazing. Everything as pictured. Easy walk to pretty much anywhere in the city. Right down the road from a beautiful park. Elizabeth has thought of so many little details for her wonderfully decorated, old-world charm home. The porch was fabulous for reading and just relaxing.

The rent porch was my favorite place to sit and relax. Issues that arose or questions that came up were promptly handled by the host. We enjoyed our time in Cape Charles and in this charming home.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024What a great trip! Our first trip to the Eastern Shore and it won't be out last. What a terrific VRBO. It had everything we needed and more. Loved the historic home. Our host, Elizabeth, was attentive and welcoming. We will be back to Cape Charles and we will return to this home. The location was centrally located and we enjoyed our walks to the beach and to the main street area. Can't recommend more highly!
