Stayed Nov 29, 2025The location of this property is great — very close to Oaklawn Casino and 6 minutes from the center of town where the bathhouses are. Good things about the house — nice king bed, clean, big backyard (not completely fenced in). The house is a little tired. The couch is covered with an inexpensive couch cover. There was a papery “tablecloth” on the coffee table. A coat of paint would cover the wear and tear on the coffee table. I recommend that the owner invest in a furniture upgrade. The furniture is old and tired. Oddly, the shower adjustment was outside of the shower. The yard is great if you have a dog that stays close. We enjoyed playing ball in the big backyard. Otherwise, keep your dog leashed. This is an older neighborhood and an older home. We were comfortable enough, but there were no special touches — just the basics.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025The property was as described. The location was very convenient. We visited Lake Ouachita, around Hot Springs, and Lake Catherine. The property owner was easy to reach and communicated well.

Stayed Apr 27, 2023We loved this cute little house with lots of pillows. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would recommend parking on the street if you have a low-to-the-ground car as there is quite a significant bump in the driveway. Overall would definitely stay again!

Stayed Apr 21, 2023This was perfect for me and my friends on our weekend trip to Hot Springs for the horse races. Easy walk to Oaklawn! Cutest house and had everything we needed in a VRBO. Steven was quick to respond to answer any questions and was a great host. Would recommend!
