Cape May Quad w/ Grill - 7 Blocks to Beach!

Beautiful location. Loved the walkability. Appreciate the ample paper products and amenities like the stove and fridge. Also, the shower was a dream.

The property was very quiet and convenient located.

Perfect for our party of 5! Host was amazing, we had a minor issue and her response time and resolution exceeded expectations! Property is perfectly located, cozy and clean!

We stayed Nov. 8-12, in Cape May for son’s USCG basic training graduation. This was close to base, and less than 5 minute drive to Washington Walking Mall. Property was clean, cute decor. If we ever go back to New Jersey we’ll stay again.

Great location, very spacious and comfortable with a great outdoor space. Property did not provide shampoo, soap, or paper towels and there was trash in the outdoor area.

Great hosts and great location. Home was equipped with everything we needed, including all kitchen appliances, towels, and bedding. The property also included 2 bathrooms which is a rare find.

We absolutely loved this rental and will definitely be back. There was lots of room for our family of 4. The home was clean and had all of the needed amenities. It was convenient to everything in downtown Cape May and there was plenty of parking. The host was amazing to work with and went out of her way to help us when an issue came up. We had a wonderful time and will definitely look for this rental when we are back again next year!

This was a great place for a get away. Everything was just as pictured and very clean. Kitchen was new and apt decorated tastefully.

We had a great time. The location is perfect. Few blocks from the beach. Easy parking outside the house. Easy parking by the beach. Beach wasn’t too crowded. Town is super cute and everything is literally 5-15 away. Loved that. The no parking spot was really not a big deal. Not sure why people harp on that. House is small but comfortable perfect for my small fam. Laundry was great to have and house was clean. Beds are comfy. Some nitpicks: you have to put the bed linens on the beds and remove. Towels are a little small. Pans are scratched and need to be replaced. 10 am check out with all the cleaning requirements is tight for non am people with a toddler that doesn’t like to move quickly.

Experience was good overall. Place has an excellent location for getting to the beach. We rode bikes most places because the area is flat and accommodating! The house was quaint and setup nicely for our family of 5. The interior living space was neatly done and updated. The patio was new and with an updated outdoor shower, which was very handy after sanding up at the beach! The listing photos did not show the updated patio, but rather had it as grass area. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again! We loved the outdoor shower, location to beach, having coffee available, and having beach tags for tenants! Even though there was no designated off street parking space like other units, it was easy to park and plenty of space out front! One other thing is we loved the little touch of the guest book.

Our unit had no designated spots to park. The next unit had (2) designated spots. The resident next to us (D) was rude. Overall, the unit was very nice, but our group picked the unit advertised based on the members of the group. Not a big deal but only (1) days supplies of linens. Nice open concept. Extremely clean. More thorough communication needed as to what supplies are needed by the residents.

This was an adequite place to stay, but I was disappointed in all the fees (cleaning, listing, etc.) that nearly doubled the advertised price. The unit had some high end appointments, but other furnishings were very cheap. And this is the first rental unit that I have ever stayed in that required that I make my own bed. The unit was managed by Evolve, which added its own fee, but did not seem to sdd much value.

Only suggestion-would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys Loved the property-no complaints at all!
