Stayed Dec 31, 1969Ease of everything was wonderful. Cleanliness of property and all amenities were great; couldn’t have asked for anything better. We will be back to the Cape area and will be sure to look your company up again for our rental needs! Email communication was great. Lee stopped by on our first morning; it was actually the first time vacation renting that we have met a property manager and we generally do this once to twice a year. It was good to put a face to your company and was good to be able to discuss any issue that we may have found, as we did find that the pool was not working properly and he remedied this during that visit.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall went great, just a few minor things as described. Had minimal interactions. That said, I did text about burnt out bulbs on the patio and never even had a reply. Wasn’t a huge deal but lack of response makes a guest feel not very important.
