    Our family just completed our third year staying at this beautiful waterfront home, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. The location can’t be beat — the house is directly on the water, allowing us to enjoy fishing, kayaking, and morning coffee on the bay. The views are stunning both in the early morning and at sunset, and the peaceful setting is the perfect balance of being close enough to the beach yet far enough away from the crowds of Ocean City.The home itself is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and offered plenty of space for our group of 10, which included seven adults and three children under seven. Having three bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, welcoming, and feels very safe. Val, the host, was responsive and helpful throughout the week, which we truly appreciated.If we had to point out one drawback, it would be that the thermostat is limited to a minimum setting of 72 degrees due to a previous HVAC issue. While we understand the reason for this, it did make a few of the warmer days less comfortable, as this is warmer than we typically keep our homes.Overall, this property continues to be a family favorite, and we would certainly consider staying again in the future. The combination of location, amenities, and space makes it a wonderful choice for a large family gathering.

    Great house, great location, very clean, and so many areas for gathering with your family. Inside table, screened in porch table, and even a table outside for all the family dinners or games. Close to everything, my family had a great week enjoying the beach, pool, and boat dock. We were able to rent a boat near by and dock at the house, such a fun time.

    The property was exactly as expected and met our needs well. It was a great location being only a short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed the screen porch, access to the community pool and having success catching crabs was an added bonus.

    This is our second year staying at this property. Access to the water is very convenient. The property is also well placed in terms of distance to local amenities. Val keeps the property very clean and the house is spacious enough for are party of nine to comfortably stay.

    The house is very clean. Rules are very clear and fair. Home has everything you need for your stay. Beach chairs, boogie boards, crab pots, dishwasher pods, and a fully stocked kitchen. Home is very spacious. Lots of space for our group of 7. Neighbors are friendly in the development. Sits back far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get there quickly. Beds are comfortable. Bring your own linens and towels. Close to the Food Lion and liquor store. Owners are very helpful. We put the trash cans out too close to our cars and went to the beach. The owners let us know that the cans were too close and may not be picked up. Since we were away for the day, the kind neighbors moved them for us! One thing to keep in mind is that the home only provides 6 pool passes even though the house holds 10 people. The automatic lock is convenient and secure. Loved the back porch that over looked the bay. Very peaceful and quiet. I highly recommend reading the well thought out house information binders when you first check in. The owners have done a great job providing you with all the information that you will need for your stay. Will definitely stay here again!
