This home was perfect for our young family with a big dog! Easy trip to the beach, quick walk to downtown and everything we needed in the house!

This beach house is a great place to stay. It has lots of amenities and is very clean and cozy inside. Communication with the host is excellent.

Just as advertised! Clean property close to everything. Accommodated us with our 3 dogs, with no hassle. The gold cart was a great addition to our trip too! Thanks for the stay!

Great stay! The location was convenient for getting kids to the park, being a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, and also to shops and restaurants. House was clean, beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, well-supplied kitchen with nicely sharp knives (makes all the difference for prepping snacks and meals!), and quick and thorough communication with the host.

We had a great stay. This house is in a great location. It has all the amenities you could ask for. We would highly recommend this house to others.

The host was incredibly helpful and genuine. The home was cozy, clean and full of amenities that made us feel right at home. I was able to walk our dog daily to the beach where we enjoyed sea glass hunting and watching the sun set each night.

We were a party of five friends in town for CBES Between the Waters bike tour. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us with a little bit of furniture adjustments. The amenities in the kitchen and supplies throughout the house were very much appreciated. Would gladly stay again. Thank you for the opportunity to do so.

We loved this house. Close to town and beach. The showers have shampoo and conditioner, plenty of towels. The golf cart was so much fun, we drove it everywhere in town and to the beach. Great yard for our dog, yard is wood mulch. Comfy furniture, nice televisions. Bed was super comfy. Kitchen was good size and plenty of everything you need. Communication with the owner was super fast and friendly. Highly recommend this home.

Open floor plan first floor with lots of light, this property is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Plenty of rooms to have private, quiet time. Use of the golf cart made beach and ice cream trips very easy. Thank you to the Sabos!!

Great trip for spring break! The house is perfectly situated walking distance between the main park and beach. Having the golf cart available worked well for travel to and from the downtown shops and eateries. Ashley was easy, flexible, and very prompt to communicate with. This was our second trip to Cape Charles, this house was cozy and comfortable and truly felt like a vacation!

Ashley was great, and so was the house! Perfect location, great communication, everything you could need was all available. Cape Charles is a special place for our family and we can honestly say that after renting many different places, Cape Escape felt like a home away from home.

First visit to Cape Charles, and Cape Escape was wonderful. We benefited from great weather in early October. The golf cart was very useful and enjoyable. Ashley was great to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! This house is very comfortable and the owners thought of it all! Renting the golf cart is a must do and provided comfortable transportation to the beach with chairs and bags. The location was good and we felt very safe. Cape Charles is a lovely town with gracious people, delicious food and very relaxing. We would love to rent again.
